کوئٹہ میں زمینوں کی ڈیجیٹلائزیشن سے متعلق اجلاس

ایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنر ریونیو حافظ محمد طارق کی زیر صدارت کوئٹہ میں زمینوں کے ریکارڈ کی ڈیجیٹلائزیشن کے حوالے سے اجلاس منعقد ہوا۔ اجلاس میں متعلقہ تحصیلداروں، نائب تحصیلداروں، ریونیو افسران اور بی ایل آر ایم آئی ایس کے پروجیکٹ کوآرڈینیٹر مسٹر علی احمد خان کاکڑ نے شرکت کی۔

اجلاس میں ضلع کوئٹہ کے لینڈ ریکارڈ کو مرلہ وار ڈیجیٹلائز کرنے کے عمل کا جائزہ لیا گیا اور متعلقہ افسران کو ضروری ہدایات جاری کی گئیں۔

اجلاس میں اس عزم کا اظہار کیا گیا کہ زمینوں کے ریکارڈ کو جدید تقاضوں کے مطابق ڈیجیٹل نظام میں منتقل کیا جائے تاکہ شفافیت کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے اور عوام کو بہتر سہولیات فراہم ہوں۔

انہوں نے ٹیم سے کوئٹہ میں ریکارڈ کی ڈیجیٹائزیشن کے حوالے سے تفصیلی رپورٹ لی اور جاری کام کا جائزہ لیا۔

دورے کے دوران:

• ریکارڈ کی اسکیننگ کے عمل کو دیکھا گیا
• ڈیٹا انٹری کے مراحل کا معائنہ کیا گیا
• کام کی رفتار اور معیار کا جائزہ لیا گیا
• ٹیم کی کارکردگی کو سراہا گیا

علی احمد کاکڑ صاحب نے پیش رفت پر اطمینان کا اظہار کیا اور ہدایت دی کہ کام کو مزید تیز کیا جائے تاکہ اسے جلد مکمل کیا جا سکے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ ریکارڈ کی مکمل ڈیجیٹائزیشن سے بلوچستان کے عوام کو بہتر اور بروقت خدمات کی فراہمی ممکن ہوگی۔

A meeting was held at the Board of Revenue to discuss land records for the Quetta district. Senior Secretary (Admin) Javaid Raheem chaired the session. The tehsildar and the BLRMIS team took part in the discussion. Project Coordinator Ali Ahmed Khan Kakar was present in the meeting. Deputy Directors shared their inputs on record needs. The team reviewed the issues and set clear actions to improve land record management.
