صاف پانی شفاف زندگی: پاکستان میں صاف پانی کے لئے جدوجہد
ورلڈ واٹر ڈے کے موقع پر جاگ ویلفیئر موومنٹ اور جالندھر فوڈز کے اشتراک سے تیار کردہ یہ دستاویزی فلم پاکستان میں صاف پانی کی فراہمی کے سنگین مسئلے کو اجاگر کرتی ہے۔ حکومت پاکستان کی طرف سے ہزار سالہ ترقیاتی اہداف (MDGs) اور پائیدار ترقیاتی اہداف (SDGs) کے تحت صاف پانی فراہم کرنے کے وعدوں کے باوجود، لاکھوں پاکستانی آج بھی صاف پانی سے محروم ہیں۔ اس دستاویزی فلم میں متاثرین کے دل دہلا دینے والے انٹرویوز، ماہرین کی آراء، اور زمینی حقائق کو پیش کیا گیا ہے جو ان کمیونٹیز کی صحت پر بدترین اثرات کو اجاگر کرتے ہیں جو آلودہ پانی پینے پر مجبور ہیں۔ یہ فلم صحت اور صفائی کے حوالے سے آگاہی پھیلانے کی مقامی کاوشوں کو بھی روشناس کراتی ہے اور اس بات کی نشاندہی کرتی ہے کہ عوامی صحت کو محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے فوری اور جامع اقدامات کی ضرورت ہے۔ "صاف پانی شفاف زندگی" حکومت اور عوام دونوں کے لیے ایک پکار ہے، جو پاکستان میں پانی کے بحران کو فوری طور پر حل کرنے کی ضرورت پر زور دیتی ہے۔

For decades, Rehana has served as the Focal Person at the Education Department for UNICEF and NGOs, tirelessly championing the cause of education and leading the charge to overcome enrollment struggles in our district. Her unwavering dedication has not only bridged the gap between Civil Society Organizations and the Education Department but has also been instrumental in our response to disasters and emergencies, ensuring that education remains a priority even in the most challenging times.

جاگ ویلفئیر موومنٹ اور آواز فائونڈیشن سی ڈی ایس کے زیراہتمام کھیتی باڑی کرنے والی خواتین کے لئے آسانیاں پیدا کرنے کے منصوبے کے تحت دوسری دو روزہ تربیتی ورکشاپ بستی کہور رحیم یار خان میں اختتام پذیر ہوگئی ۔ اس موقع پر عبدالرب فاروقی ایگزیکٹو ڈائریکٹر جاگ ویلفئیر موومنٹ نے کہا کہ صحت کی سہولتوں کا فقدان، کھلی گندی نالیاں اور بڑھتے ہوئے یرقان کے مریض بستی کہورخان کے بڑے مسائل ہیں ۔غربت ، کم اجرت اور بے پناہ کام کسان خواتین کھیتوں میں جانوروں کی طرح مصروف رہتی ہیں اور اس کو تسلیم بھی نہیں کیا جاتا ۔ اس لئے پنجاب ویمن ایگریکلچر ل ورکرز ایکٹ وقت کی ناگزیر ضرورت ہے ۔ ٹرینر شازیہ حنا حیدر نے انسانی حقوق ، صنفی برابری ، ابلاغی مہارتوں اور نیٹ ورکنگ پر ویمن ایگریکلچرل ورکرز کونسل بستی کہور کی استعداد بڑھائی ۔ جاگ ویلفئیر کی پراجیکٹ ایسوسی ایٹ اسما امین نے کہا کہ گذشتہ چار ماہ سے کمیونٹی مولائزیشن کے نتیجے میں ایک اچھی تنظیم معرض وجو دمیں آئی ہے ۔ اس تنظیم کی صدر نرملا دیوی اور جنرل سیکرٹری کوثر مائی نے بھیاپنے خیالات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے منظم انداز میں تحریک چلائیں گے اور اپنے حقوق کے کے لئے قانون سازی کروائیں گے جبکہ انہوں نے مقامی سطح کا چیلنج صحت کی سہولیات کی فراہمی کا منتخب کیا ۔ اختتام پر عبدالرب فاروقی شازیہ حیدر اور اسما امین نے ٹریننگ کے شرکا میں سرٹیفیکیٹ تقسیم کئے ، اور تمام شرکا نے اختتام پر گروپ فوٹو بھی بنوایا ۔

2nd Workshop for Women Agricultural Workers in R.Y.Khan, Pk concluded today. Participants discussed health issues, incl. rising Hepatitis cases, open sewerage & lack of govt. health facilities. They vowed to continue their struggle for health rights.
