ہماری روح جب شکنجے میں ہو گی تو یقینا وہ لمحہ دکھوں سے مڈبھیڑ کا آخری لمحہ ہو گا،جب موت کی زنجیروں میں پابند سلاسل ہو کر ہم زندگی کے قید خانے سے نکلیں گے تو شاید ہماری آنکھوں سے بہنے والے آنسو ہر اس شخص کی نظروں سے گزریں گے جو موت کی آخری ہچکی کے وقت ہمارے پاس موجود ہو گا اور یہ وہ آخری لمحہ ہو گا جب ہم اپنے ہاتھوں سے وی آنسو صاف کرنے کی کوشش میں ناکام ہو جائیں گے جنہیں ہم نے ہمیشہ پوشیدہ رکھا۔

بعض راتیں، اندر کی راتوں سے زیادہ سیاہ ہوتی ہیں لیکن چاند پھر بھی نکلتا ہے۔

نہ مکمل، نہ واضح بس اتنا کہ یقین رہے روشنی لوٹ سکتی ہے۔ کبھی کبھار، زندگی صرف یہی پیغام دیتی ہے:
"میں مکمل نہیں ہوں… لیکن میں ختم بھی نہیں ہوئی۔"

I've learned, slowly and sometimes painfully, that the people who truly matter are the ones who see more for you, not more from you.

It's the difference between feeling drained and feeling inspired, between feeling used and feeling valued. It’s the difference between a relationship that pulls you down and one that lifts you up.

So, I’m learning to be more mindful of the company I keep. And I’m learning to let go of the relationships that demand more than they give.

Because in the end, my worth isn’t measured by what I can offer, but by who I’m becoming.
