OFFICIAL CONDEMNATION LETTER

Subject: Strong Condemnation of Illegal Attack on APLA District SBA Nawabshah Member Mr. Zubair S/o Zaheer Ali and His Family Members

The All Pakistan Lawyers Association (APLA), District SBA Nawabshah, strongly condemns the alleged illegal and unlawful attack on our respected member Mr. Zubair S/o Zaheer Ali, along with his cousins and uncles.

Such an unlawful act against a member of our Association and his family is highly condemnable and unacceptable. APLA stands firmly with Mr. Zubair and his family and expresses its complete solidarity with them during this difficult situation.

We strongly demand that the concerned authorities take immediate, transparent, and lawful action, identify those responsible for the attack, and ensure that justice is served in accordance with the law. No individual should be allowed to take the law into their own hands or threaten the safety and dignity of citizens.

The APLA District SBA Nawabshah reaffirms that it will continue to stand for justice, rule of law, protection of citizens, and the dignity and security of its members.

We strongly condemn this unlawful attack and demand immediate justice.

OFFICIAL MEETING UPDATE

Today, an important meeting was organized by Mr. Farhan Talpur, Vice President APLA Sindh, in the presence of:

Mr. Asad Shabir Khaskheli
(President, APLA Division Nawabshah)
Mr. Hassan Qurashi
(Information Secretary APLA Division Nawabshah)
Mr. Owais Naseer Khaskheli
(General Secretary, APLA District Sanghar)

The meeting focused on the organization of a Legal Awareness Session under the platform of APLA Division SBA Nawabshah, aimed at promoting legal awareness and strengthening the Association’s role in the community.

Various important matters regarding the future plans, activities, organizational development, and progress of the Association were also discussed.

The participants expressed their commitment to working collectively for the betterment of the legal community and further strengthening the objectives and platform of APLA Division SBA Nawabshah.

Today, Mr. Aftab Umrani, Current Member of All Pakistan Law Association (APLA) District Sanghar, successfully conducted a legal awareness activity with the local villagers.

During the session, he educated the community on their fundamental legal rights and responsibilities, promoted awareness of the importance of access to justice, and highlighted the mission, objectives, and public service initiatives of APLA.

This activity was carried out under the guidance of Mr. Asad Shabir Khaskheli, Divisional President, APLA SBA Nawabshah, as part of APLA’s ongoing commitment to spreading legal awareness and strengthening the rule of law at the grassroots level.

Activity Report

Under the guidance of Mr. Asad Shabir Khaskheli, Divisional President APLA SBA Nawabshah, Miss Marvi Mallah, Vice President APLA District Sanghar, and Miss Nazia Rajpoot, Joint Secretary APLA District Sanghar, actively participated in a legal awareness session with the women law students of Quaid-e-Azam Law College, Nawabshah.

The session focused on important legal and social issues, including domestic violence, child abuse, women’s legal rights, and other related matters. The purpose of this activity was to promote legal awareness, empower women through legal education, and encourage the protection of fundamental rights within society.

APLA remains committed to spreading legal awareness and strengthening the role of future legal professionals in addressing social challenges through knowledge, advocacy, and community engagement.
