This prestigious event, took place on Thursday, 20th February 2025, is a testament to his unwavering dedication and contributions to humanitarian causes.

IMPORTANT AGM UPDATE

Assalaamu Alaykum Trustees & Members of the Management Committee

We are receiving inquiries about the arrangements for our AGM this year which as you know is being held in LONDON inshallah.

We are sending this message to help answer some or all of your questions inshallah.

SECURITY

With the recent disturbances in the UK we can now confirm that normality has returned to the UK and there are no such occurrences. The Government cracked down very hard Alhumdolillah!

THE HOTEL

The hotel is a good 4 star property and is very close to Heathrow Airport. We’ve negotiated an excellent rate with breakfast. Our suggestion is that you all arrive on Thursday 3rd October and check out Monday 7th October - 4 nights. That will give you access to the dinner on Thursday evening as a welcome and you will check out the morning after our day trip to Leicester which is on Sunday 6th October. We were unable to book a suitable hotel in central London due to costs being much higher.

This hotel is very close to Southall which is like mini Pakistan / India with bustling shops and restaurants.

THE PROGRAM

FRIDAY - Meetings for delegates kick off on Friday morning 4th October with our main Management Committee meeting at 09:30am followed by the Board of Trustees meeting after lunch and Jumma Salah.

SATURDAY - At the AGM meeting we are expecting to introduce our new CEO who will be presenting our vision for the organisation going forwards inshallah. Several dignitaries will be present (subject to confirmation inshallah).

Following the AGM on Saturday the Global Youth Wing & Global Ladies Wing will conduct their events.

SUNDAY - On Sunday we shall be departing the hotel after breakfast at 10:30am sharp. 3 luxury VIP coaches will be taking us all to Memon Association of Leicester for networking with the Memon’s of Leicester, a delicious lunch & presentations. We shall be returning back to the hotel straight after the function is concluded.

As the coaches are VIP luxury hired for the comfort, convenience and enjoyment of our delegates, we shall be playing board games - and having dinner on the return leg. Drinks and snacks will be served both ways.
