Rok 2026 to dla FK Machinery data szczególna. Świętujemy 10-lecie prezesury Izabeli Kołaszewskiej-Gabor – dekadę, która stała się fundamentem naszej fundamentalnej transformacji. Pod jej sterami przeszliśmy drogę od lokalnego przedsiębiorstwa rodzinnego do statusu nowoczesnego eksportera, dyktującego standardy na rynkach międzynarodowych.

Co zbudowało nasz sukces w ciągu tych 10 lat?
🔹 Fundament technologiczny: Pełna dygitalizacja procesów, której sercem jest wdrożony w 2018 roku system ERP. To on zapewnia nam dziś chirurgiczną precyzję w zarządzaniu kosztami i wydajnością na każdym etapie.

A jednak szybko widać, że wyzwania są bardzo podobne - rozwój, trudne decyzje i odpowiedzialność za kierunek, w jakim idzie biznes.

Izabela Kołaszewska-Gabor, Prezes FK Machinery, wzięła udział w obradach Jury Głównego XVII edycji jako jedna z finalistek.

To było wartościowe spotkanie - pokazujące, że niezależnie od branży, podstawy są te same: konsekwencja, odwaga i codzienna praca.

Sometimes the standard dumping height of a loader is not enough when loading bulk materials. The MHTB180 high tip bucket increases the dumping range, allowing operators to load high trailers, truck bodies and containers more efficiently.

With its robust construction and well-designed geometry, this bucket helps improve productivity without the need for a larger machine with a telescopic boom.

Key specifications of the MHTB180 model:
• width 180 cm
• volume 0.65 m³
• HB500 cutting edge 110 x 16 mm
• side 6 mm
• cover 5 mm

Additional options:
• Possibility of increasing capacity with an additional tip: +0.22 m³
• Possibility of installing a VBCD overload and blocking valve, which prevents unwanted movement when using higher-powered loaders and ensures smooth load drop.

The large dumping angle ensures easy unloading, while easy access lubrication points simplify daily maintenance.
