III. Purposes and basics of processing
We process personal data:
• to run a fan page on the Facebook social media, according to the terms and conditions set out by Facebook Inc. We run the fun page to inform about our activities, to promote events that we organise, our brand, products and services, as well as to build and maintain a community associated with us and for the communication via the available Facebook functionalities (comments, chat, messages) which is our interest, legally justified (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),
• for analytical purposes regarding the analysis of the functioning, popularity and system of using the fan page, which is our interest, legally justified (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). Data recipients
The personal data administrator provides personal data to: the owner of the Facebook social media. Data storage period
The period of data processing is related to the purposes and grounds for their processing. Therefore:
• data processed on the basis of statutory requirements will be processed for the period of time indicated in the law requirements,
• data processed on the basis of the legally justified interest of the administrator will be processed until the objection is effectively filed or the cessation of this interest, e.g. data processed for the purpose of pursuing or defending against claims will be processed for the period of time equal to the period of limitation of these claims,
• statistical data on the visitors of the fan page available through the "Facebook Insights" function will be processed for the duration of the availability of this data on Facebook, amounting to 2 years. Your rights:
All persons whose personal data is processed have the right to:
• access to data,
• receiving a copy of the data,
• rectification of data,
• deletion of personal data,
• processing restrictions,
• data portability,
