Our company was founded in 1995 and is based on sound traditions of three generations of master mariners. Initially our services were mainly related to maritime transport, which is still the main core of our activity. As our company developed, we expanded the scope of our activities to cargo, CMR and other non-marine surveys by employing educated and skilled personnel.
Our surveyors, auditors, engineers and cargo experts are certified by the Polish Chamber of Maritime Commerce, the Polish Chamber of Logistics and Forwarding, and we are also members of various reputable international professional institutions including the International Institute of Marine Surveying, IRU, etc. Our marine surveyors are experienced Master Mariners and trained IMCA CMID vessel inspectors. All certificates may be viewed on our website. The company is also a member of IVR Rotterdam, the European association of inland shipping. We have been working for major underwriters such as Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, Alandia Marine, MS Amlin, and are agents of CESAM Paris. We act as flag state inspectors for the maritime administrations of Antigua& Barbuda, Liberia, Marshall Islands and Vanuatu.
Apart from the loss adjusting and cargo survey work, in this part of the Baltic we are known for surveys on technical heavy lift projects and warranty surveys including towage approvals. We have carried out hundreds of successful towage approvals on ship sections transported on pontoons as well as wet tows from out of Poland, loadout and transport of offshore projects for wind energy (Offshore substations built in Poland by Messrs. Bladt) and oil majors (Ekofisk, Gudrun sections, Ivar Aasen Modules, MHWirth Mariner DSME), ferry stations for Norway (Kristiansund, Normore), towage of inland barges, as well as for other marine operations such as wreck removals (in 2015 removing a sunken tug Kuguar for GARD P&I), etc. This year apart from usual towages we have been involved as Marine Warranty Surveyors on towages of 700 ton Jackets from ST3 Offshore Szczecin for the Borkum Riffgrund Offshore Wind Farm.
