The main objective of the WCCN functioning is to create an effective system of cooperation of its Partners leading to their dynamic development, growth of competitiveness on local and regional, supra-regional and cross-border markets Considering the potential of the local community, entrepreneurs, state administration units, local government units and educational institutions on the territory of t
he Capital City of Warsaw and their importance for the sustainable, comprehensive and dynamic development of this region, the Parties conclude the following agreement / understanding for creation of the meta cluster. The main objective of the WCCN functioning is to create an effective system of cooperation of its Partners leading to their dynamic development, growth of competitiveness on local and regional, supra-regional and cross-border markets and improvement of their operational effectiveness. The main goal will be achieved in particular through the implementation of the following tasks:
creating organizational and financial conditions for the functioning of the Agreement;
elaboration and implementation of the WSWK development strategy;
promotion of products and creation of the WCCN brand;
development of supporting infrastructure;
development of support services for WCCN Partners;
popularization of the clustering idea;
initiating cooperation between Cluster Partners and the scientific environment aimed at knowledge and technology transfer;
initiating scientific research allowing technological development of WCCN Partners;
organization of seminars, workshops, trainings, internships, conferences. The cluster operates:
initiating or conducting projects together with Partners or supporting the creation of such projects and cooperation between Partners;
integrating and merging business environments from the region of the Capital City of Warsaw and its closest surroundings in order to implement joint scientific and commercial undertakings in conditions of cooperation and competition;
creating conditions for cooperation between higher education institutions, business entities and public sector entities, aimed at exchanging knowledge, experience, as well as tangible and intangible resources in the areas of ecology and circular economy, digital transformation and digitization, artificial intelligence, automation, robotics, logistics, social sciences, humanities and health sciences, agriculture, and related sectors
supporting project initiatives of regional, supra-regional and trans-regional dimension for the benefit of Cluster members;
supporting Cluster members in obtaining funds from external sources, especially from structural funds and other European Union programs.
