We stand with Ukraine, today and every day, in support of their independence, national identity and defence against unprovoked and illegal aggression.

W 82. rocznicę wybuchu Powstania Warszawskiego pamiętamy o odwadze, determinacji i poświęceniu Powstańców, którzy w sierpniu 1944 roku podjęli nierówną walkę o wolność.

Oddajemy hołd wszystkim cywilnym ofiarom Powstania, które poniosły niewyobrażalne cierpienia i straciły życie w trakcie 63 dni walk.

Wspominamy również alianckich lotników, w tym Brytyjczyków oraz obywateli krajów Wspólnoty Narodów, którzy brali udział w misjach zaopatrzeniowych dla walczącej Warszawy. Wielu z nich oddało życie, niosąc pomoc Powstańcom.

Przedstawiciele Ambasady Wielkiej Brytanii uczestniczą w tegorocznych uroczystościach upamiętniających bohaterów Powstania Warszawskiego.

85 years after Tobruk, we still remember.

Last week, Pustynia Błędowska hosted a large-scale historical reconstruction honouring the soldiers of the Polish Independent Carpathian R***e Brigade, who fought alongside British and Commonwealth forces in North Africa in 1941.

A powerful reminder of the shared history, friendship and sacrifice that continue to unite 🇵🇱 and 🇬🇧.
