LONG POST ALERT🚨
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported and pushed me throughout this past fiscal year. First and foremost, I thank GOD and my FAMILY and KIDS for being the foundation of my success throughout my entire career.
I am truly humbled and honored to receive the recognition of Director 54 RRNCO of the Year. To my fellow competitors and friends, we are all winners, especially because we have the incredible blessing to impact so many lives in our roles as recruiters and retention NCOs. Together, we are building the next generation of soldiers and future leaders of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard.
Our work in the military is full of ups and downs, sacrifices, and disappointments, but it also gives us the unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of new recruits. This job is not just about numbers or achievements, it’s about the impact we leave behind. Let’s always remember why we do what we do. It’s a team effort.
A huge shoutout to Area 3! I am so blessed and honored to be part of such a selfless and dedicated team. The reason for our success isn’t just our hard work, it’s the way we lift each other up. Building a team of recruiters can be tough because competition is inevitable, but what makes us different is that we complete each other, not compete with each other. We hold each other accountable and push each other to be the best versions of ourselves. And yes, a little healthy competition never hurts!
I know this is a long post, but I felt it was important to share. I am honored to hold this achievement and look forward to the next big challenge: representing the Puerto Rico Army National Guard at SMAG 3. We are ready! Are you?
