A mis 18 años decidí ingresar en el Puerto Rico Army National Guard con la intención de poder pagar mis estudios. Hoy día puedo decir que lo complete libre de deudas. Durante el viaje de la vida universitaria obtuve oportunidades de empleos federales, viajes, mentoria, experiencias y beneficios que han hecho de mi una mejor profesional.

Es de mi interés que la comunidad conozca acerca de los ofrecimientos de esta gran organización y del compromiso con el pueblo puertorriqueño.

History in the making! 🌟 PVT Anaya Rivera Santiago, the first female high school senior to enlist into the infantry for the PR Army National Guard. Joining Charlie Co 1/296th Infantry battalion in Cabo Rojo, PR, just minutes away from her home. 🏠 Her journey after high school continues at Fort Moore for OSUT to become an 11B Infantrymen. She got a $20,000 bonus 💵 and an extra $350 per month on top of all other educational benefits.📚
Her future plans are to enter into the ROTC and pave her way to becoming commissioned officer in the U.S Army!

👏👏Congratulations to PVT Neymarie Martinez Rivera for completing Basic Combat Training today! She enlisted into the Army National Guard straight out of high school into the FLRI Program to improve her English. 📚 She just finished an intense 10 week training on the basic knowledge a US Army Soldier needs to know.
She will now continue to her Advanced Individual Training where she will qualify in her job and return to 🇵🇷 to study full time!
