San Juan investigation leads to the arrest and indictment of a male subject for armed carjackings and fi****ms violations.

🚨NEWS ALERT🚨The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Puerto Rico, in conjunction with our partner agencies in the Homeland Security Task Force (“HSTF”) announced a series of investigative and prosecutorial results for the week of August 10 through August 14, 2026. Different seals, one shared mission. The FBI San Juan has launched its first ever "Back the Blue" tour, and we're starting with our 72 Municipal Police Departments. This initiative is focused on continuing to strengthen collaboration and identify areas of opportunity to work together for our people. Join us as we meet with the men and women who protect our communities. This is strengthening , and discussing strategies to crush violent crime, defend the homeland, rebuild public trust, and maintain fierce organizational accountability.
