MEPC 70 today agreed that a 0.5 percent global sulfur cap on ship emissions will be implemented from 2020, rather than a later 2025 date.

See links below, IMO has today reached their decision to implement the global cap of 0,5% sulphur in 2020. This is great news for the environment and everybody providing solutions to continue running on Heavy fuel oil.
