🔵 نشارككم مقتطفات من الدورة التدريبية بعنوان "تعزيز قدرات إدارة الموارد البشرية والتدريب في القطاع العام في فلسطين"، التي عقدت في العاصمة الكورية سيول، واستهدفت مديري ومختصي الموارد البشرية من مختلف الوزارات والمؤسسات الحكومية الفلسطينية. هدفت الدورة إلى تعزيز الوعي بأهمية إدارة الموارد البشرية في القطاع العام، وتطوير قدرات الكوادر الحكومية، والمساهمة في دعم التنمية الوطنية من خلال تنمية مهارات الموظفين العموميين. يُقدم هذا التدريب من قبل معهد استراتيجيات التنمية الكوري (KDS) بالتعاون مع الوكالة الكورية للتعاون الدولي (KOICA)، وذلك ضمن سلسلة تدريبية مستمرة على مدار ثلاث سنوات.

🔵We are pleased to share highlights from the training course titled "Capacity Building on Public Sector HR Management and Training in Palestine", held in Seoul, Korea. The course targeted Human Resources managers and practitioners from various Palestinian ministries and governmental institutions.
It aimed to enhance awareness of the importance of human resource management, develop human resources in the public sector, and strengthen the role of public servants in national development efforts.
The training is provided by the Korea Institute for Development Strategy (KDS) in collaboration with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), as part of a continuous three-year training series.

🔵 في إطار مشروع تحسين التدريب المهني والتعليمي للشباب في بلدة يطا، قام مكتب كويكا بزيارة موقع البناء في البلدة.
يهدف هذا المشروع إلى إنشاء مبنى جديد للتعليم التقني، بما يتماشى مع احتياجات سوق العمل، وذلك لزيادة معدلات الالتحاق بالتعليم التقني العالي وتوسيع فرص التوظيف أمام الشباب في يطا والمناطق المجاورة. وعند اكتماله، سيستوعب المبنى نحو 318 طالبًا.
خلال الزيارة، التقت كويكا بكل من UNOPS ومديرية التربية والتعليم بالخليل وشركة البيان العصرية للمقاولات لمناقشة مراحل تقدم العمل.
يُذكر أن المشروع يمتد بين 2021 و2027، بميزانية تبلغ 6.5 مليون دولار أمريكي.

🔵As part of the Vocational Training and Educational Fragility Improvement Project for Youth in Yatta, KOICA recently visited the construction site in the town.
The new facility is designed to provide technical education that meets labor market needs, with the aim of increasing enrollment in higher technical education and expanding employment opportunities for young people. Once completed, it will welcome around 318 students.
During the visit, KOICA met with UNOPS, Directorate of Education in Hebron and Al Bayan Modern Contracting Company to review the progress of the construction.

The project runs from 2021 to 2027 with a total budget of USD 6.5 million.

🔵 بتاريخ 22 أيلول 2025، زار وفد من مكتب كويكا فلسطين مديرية الدفاع المدني – جنين، وذلك في إطار التحضير لزيارة وفد الخبراء الكوريين لإجراء المسح التنفيذي خلال شهر تشرين الأول، لمشروع تعزيز الحد من مخاطر الكوارث والاستعداد والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ لدى الدفاع المدني الفلسطيني في جنين وأريحا.
والتقى المدير القطري للوكالة، السيد مينجونغ كيم، مع اللواء عماد أبو ذياب مدير منطقة الشمال، والعقيد محمد دقه مدير الدفاع المدني في المحافظة، والعقيد محمود عاصي مدير العلاقات الدولية.
🔹 يُذكر أن المشروع من المتوقع أن يبدأ عام 2026 ويمتد حتى عام 2030.

🔵On September 22, 2025, a delegation from KOICA Palestine visited the Civil Defense Directorate in Jenin as part of preparations for the upcoming visit of Korean experts in October, who will conduct the executive survey for the project “Strengthening Disaster Risk Reduction, Preparedness, and Emergency Response of the Palestinian Civil Defense in Jenin and Jericho.”
KOICA Country Director, Mr. Minjong Kim, met with Brigadier General Imad Abu Diab, Director of the Northern District; Colonel Mohammad Daqah, Director of Civil Defense in the governorate; and Colonel Mahmoud Assi, Director of International Relations.
🔹 The project is expected to begin in 2026 and run until 2030.

🔵 عقد مكتب الوكالة الكورية للتعاون الدولي في فلسطين (كويكا)، جلسة توجيهية استعدادًا لانطلاق الدورة التدريبية بعنوان "تعزيز قدرات إدارة الموارد البشرية والتدريب في القطاع العام في فلسطين"، التي ستُعقد في سيول، كوريا.
يستهدف هذا التدريب مديري الموارد البشرية من مختلف الوزارات والمؤسسات الحكومية الفلسطينية، وتتمحور أهدافه في تعزيز الإدراك بأهمية إدارة الموارد البشرية، وتطوير الموارد البشرية في القطاع العام، وتعزيز دور تنمية قدرات الموظفين العموميين في عملية التنمية الوطنية.

يشار إلى أن هذه الدورة هي الثالثة من سلسلة تدريبية مستمرة تمتد على مدار ثلاث سنوات، بحيث يُقدم هذا التدريب من قبل معهد استراتيجيات التنمية الكوري (KDS) بالتعاون مع الوكالة الكورية للتعاون الدولي (KOICA)، والتي ستستمر لمدة أسبوعين من 15 إلى 26 سبتمبر 2025.

🔵 The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) office in Palestine conducted an orientation session in preparation for the upcoming training course titled "Capacity Building on Public Sector HR Management and Training in Palestine", which will be held in Seoul, Korea.
This course targets Human Resources managers and practitioners from different ministries and Palestinian Governmental institutions, aiming to enhance awareness of the importance of human resource management, develop human resources in the public sector, and strengthen the role of public servants in national development efforts.

This course marks the third in a continuous series of training courses spanning three years. It is provided by the Korea Institute for Development Strategy (KDS) in collaboration with KOICA, and will take place over a two-week period from Sep 15 – Sep 26 , 2025.

🔵 استضافت كويكا فريقاً بحثياً أجرى دراسة حول التحول الهيكلي للمساعدات الإنمائية في فلسطين. ركزت الدراسة على إعادة إعمار غزة واستقرار الضفة الغربية، وقدمت توصيات قيّمة للتعاون المستقبلي. كل الشكر للفريق على مساهماتهم المهمة.

🔵 KOICA recently hosted a research delegation that carried out a study on the Structural Transformation of Palestine ODA. The research focused on Gaza reconstruction and West Bank stabilization, offering valuable recommendations for future cooperation. We sincerely thank the delegation for their important contributions.

فلسطين وجمهورية كوريا توقعان اتفاقيتين
رام الله – مكتب رئيس الوزراء: برعاية دولة رئيس الوزراء الدكتور محمد مصطفى، وقّعت حكومة فلسطين وجمهورية كوريا اتفاقيتين هامتين في رام الله، وهما مشروع التنمية الإقليمية المتكاملة في سبسطية (2025–2029 / 9 ملايين دولار) ومشروع بناء القدرات في البحث والتطوير للتكنولوجيا الابتكارية والتحول الرقمي في فلسطين (2025–2031 / 15 مليون دولار).
جرت مراسم التوقيع في مكتب رئيس الوزراء بحضور: سعادة السيد يونغكول كو، ممثل جمهورية كوريا لدى فلسطين؛ دولة رئيس الوزراء الدكتور محمد مصطفى؛ وزير التخطيط والتعاون الدولي الدكتور اسطفان سلامة؛ وزير التربية والتعليم العالي الدكتور أمجد برهم؛ ووزير الحكم المحلي الدكتور سامي حجاوي بالأضافة الى السيد مين جونغ كيم المدير القطري لكويكا.
تهدف هذه المشاريع لخدمة الشعب الفلسطيني، مع التركيز على التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز الصمود. يركز مشروع سبسطية على دعم التنمية الإقليمية المتكاملة في البلدة، بينما يهدف مشروع بناء القدرات في البحث والتطوير للتكنولوجيا الابتكارية والتحول الرقمي إلى تعزيز قدرات فلسطين في هذا المجال.
تفخر كويكا بالوقوف إلى جانب فلسطين في هذه الجهود المهمة، والعمل معاً من أجل مستقبل يقوم على الصمود والفرص والتنمية المستدامة.

🔵 On 21 August 2025, KOICA reaffirmed its commitment to partnership with Palestine through the launch of two landmark projects: the Sebastia Integrated Regional Development Project (2025–2029 / USD 9M) and the Project for Innovative Technology R&D Capacity Building for Digital Transformation in Palestine (2025–2031 / USD 15M). The signing ceremony took place at the Prime Minister’s Office in the presence of distinguished leaders: H.E. Mr. Young-Kul Ko, Representative of the Republic of Korea to the Palestinian Authority; H.E. Dr. Mohammad Mustafa, Prime Minister; H.E. Dr. Estephan Salameh, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation; H.E. Dr. Amjad Barham, Minister of Education and Higher Education; and H.E. Dr. Sami Hijjawi, Minister of Local Government as well as Mr. Minjong KIM, Country Director of KOICA Palestine office.These projects are designed for the people of Palestine, with a focus on sustainable development and resilience. The Sebastia project focuses on supporting integrated regional development in the town of Sebastia in the West Bank, while the R&D Capacity Building project aims to strengthen Palestine’s capacities in innovative technology and digital transformation. KOICA is honored to stand alongside Palestine in these meaningful efforts, working together for a future of resilience, opportunity, and sustainable growth.
