جمعية المشروع الانشائي العربي هي مؤسسة أهلية تأسست عام 1945 بقرار من جامعة الدول العربية بهدف توفير خدمات الارشاد والبحث الزراعي. حيث يوفر المشروع مركز تدريب مهني يمول بشكل جزئي إنتاج المحاصيل والألبان ومشتقاته، على أرض تبلغ مساحتها 8000 دونم، إلى الشرق من مدينة أريحا.
حالياً ينفذ المشروع الانشائي العربي أحد التجارب العملية لتطوير قطاع الثروة السمكية ضمن برنامج السيباد (والسيباد هو برنامج تعاون دول شرق آسيا مع اليابان لدعم التنيمة في فلسطين). ومن خلال برنامج السيباد والمصادر التنموية المتوفرة لدى دول السيباد، تم انشاء برامج تدريبية تطويرية مشترك بالتعاون ما بين وزارة الزراعة والمشروع الانشائي العربي، بهدف تنمية وتطوير قطاع الغذاء في فلسطين، بما يشمل الثروة الحيوانية، وقطاع الزراعة، تصنيع الألبان ومشتقاتها، وغيرها من القطاعات الغذائية.
The Jericho-based Arab Development Society's Project was founded by the League of Arab States in 1945 as a non-governmental organization that provides agricultural support and research services. The project includes an 8,000 dunum vocational training center that partially finances the production of crops, milk and its derivatives.
Currently, the project is implementing a practical experiment to develop the Fisheries sector within the CEPAD program, which is a cooperation program between East Asian countries and Japan to support development in Palestine. Joint training programs were established in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture to develop the food sector in Palestine, including livestock, the agricultural sector, dairy processing and its derivatives, and other food sectors.
