Back after a few quiet months. Life happened. But this house got me out of the house, so to speak.
This T4 near Valença in northern Portugal is one of those properties that makes you actually pause and think. 592m² gross, sitting on over 2,200m² of land. Two floors, semi-cave, wine cellar, garage, 4.4kW solar panels and a VMC ventilation system. Two separate living rooms. Serious space for a serious family, or for whoever wants to build a proper life here without the urban chaos.
10 minutes from Valença center. A few minutes from the Galician border. Around 35 to 40 minutes from the northern beaches and the Rias Baixas. Priced at 800,000€.
I'll be upfront: I was tired the day I filmed this and it was hot. But it shows the house well and I think you'll get a clear picture.
The real question I'm bringing to you: for what you get and where this sits in northern Portugal, does the price make sense? Does the Minho/Valença area interest you as a destination, or are you drawn further south?
Genuinely curious what people here think.
