استضاف صندوق قطر للتنمية طاولة مستديرة بمشاركة السيدة فاليري ليفكوف، نائب رئيس مجموعة البنك الدولي لشؤون البنية التحتية، تناولت سبل تعزيز الترابط الإقليمي والتجارة والاستثمار في مشاريع البنية التحتية العابرة للحدود.

وركزت المناقشات على سبل تعزيز التعاون بين صندوق قطر للتنمية ومجموعة البنك الدولي لربط القطاع الخاص القطري بفرص الاستثمار والمشاريع التنموية في الأسواق الدولية، من خلال التمويل المشترك وأدوات خفض المخاطر والتمويل التنموي، بما يسهم في حشد الاستثمارات، وتعزيز الترابط الإقليمي، وخلق فرص اقتصادية مستدامة.

QFFD hosted a roundtable with Mrs. Valerie Levkov, Vice President for Infrastructure at the World Bank Group, on advancing discussions on regional connectivity, trade and cross-border infrastructure investment.

وصلت اليوم إلى جمهورية كولومبيا، طائرة تابعة للقوات المسلحة القطرية، تحمل على متنها مستشفى ميدانيا مجهزا بالكامل مقدم من صندوق قطر للتنمية، لدعم الشعب الكولومبي وتخفيف معاناته في مواجهة آثار الزلزال الذي ضرب البلاد مؤخرا.

ويهدف المستشفى الميداني، إلى دعم السلطات الصحية الكولومبية والمرافق الطبية في المناطق المتضررة من الزلزال، وتقديم الرعاية الصحية العاجلة للسكان المتضررين، بما يسهم في تعزيز القدرة الاستيعابية للقطاع الصحي وضمان استمرارية تقديم الخدمات الطبية خلال مرحلة الاستجابة للطوارئ.

وتشارك مجموعة البحث والإنقاذ القطرية الدولية التابعة لقوة الأمن الداخلي (لخويا)، في تجهيز وتسليم المستشفى لضمان سرعة بدء تقديم الخدمات الطبية للمستفيدين.

ويأتي إرسال المستشفى الميداني إلى كولومبيا، في إطار نهج دولة قطر الراسخ في التضامن الإنساني والاستجابة للأزمات وتقديم العون للمتأثرين بالكوارث الطبيعية انطلاقا من مسؤوليتها الأخلاقية ودورها الإنساني الرائد على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي.

Today, a plane belonging to the Qatari Armed Forces arrived in the Republic of Colombia, carrying on board a fully equipped field hospital provided by QFFD, to support the Colombian people and alleviate their suffering in the face of the effects of the earthquake that recently struck the country.

The field hospital aims to support Colombian health authorities and medical facilities in areas affected by the earthquake, and to provide urgent health care to the affected population, thus contributing to strengthening the capacity of the health sector and ensuring the continuity of medical services during the emergency response phase.

The Qatari International Search and Rescue Group of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) is participating in equipping and delivering the hospital to ensure the rapid start of providing medical services to beneficiaries.

Sending the field hospital to Colombia comes within the framework of the State of Qatar's firm approach to human solidarity, responding to crises, and providing assistance to those affected by natural disasters, based on its moral responsibility and pioneering humanitarian role at the regional and international levels.

وصلت إلى نيبال طائرة تابعة للقوات المسلحة القطرية، تحمل مساعدات إنسانية عاجلة للمتضررين من الزلازل والفيضانات التي شهدتها البلاد، مقدمة من صندوق قطر للتنمية، وذلك في إطار جهود دولة قطر المتواصلة لدعم عمليات الإغاثة والاستجابة الإنسانية وتعزيز التضامن الدولي في مواجهة الكوارث والأزمات.

وتتضمن المساعدات القطرية التي يستفيد منها نحو 52 ألف شخص، معدات لسحب وضخ المياه، ومستلزمات للإضاءة والغذاء، وخياماً متعددة الأغراض، للمساهمة في تلبية الاحتياجات الإنسانية الأساسية، للأسر والأطفال ولا سيما في المناطق التي تواجه تحديات في الوصول إلى المياه والخدمات الضرورية.

وتشارك مجموعة البحث والإنقاذ القطرية الدولية التابعة لقوة الأمن الداخلي (لخويا)، في إيصال المساعدات القطرية إلى المناطق المتضررة ودعم الجهود الإنسانية الميدانية، بما يسهم في الاستجابة للاحتياجات العاجلة للسكان المتضررين.

وتأتي هذه الاستجابة في إطار نهج دولة قطر الراسخ، في الوقوف إلى جانب الدول والشعوب المتضررة من الأزمات والكوارث، وانطلاقاً من إيمانها بأن التعاون الدولي لا يقتصر على الاستجابة الإنسانية الطارئة، بل يمتد إلى المساهمة في معالجة الأزمات وتعزيز قدرة المجتمعات على الصمود والتعافي.

A Qatari Armed Forces plane arrived in Nepal, carrying urgent humanitarian aid for those affected by the earthquakes and floods that the country witnessed, provided by QFFD, as part of the State of Qatar's continuing efforts to support relief and humanitarian response operations and enhance international solidarity in the face of disasters and crises.

The aid, which benefits about 52,000 people, includes equipment for drawing and pumping water, lighting and food supplies, and multi-purpose tents, to contribute to meeting the basic humanitarian needs of families and children, especially in areas facing challenges in accessing water and necessary services.

The Qatari International Search and Rescue Group of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) participated in delivering the aid to the affected areas and supporting field humanitarian efforts, which contributes to responding to the urgent needs of the affected population.

This response comes within the framework of the State of Qatar's firm approach to standing by countries and peoples affected by crises and disasters, and based on its belief that international cooperation is not limited to emergency humanitarian response, but extends to contributing to addressing crises and enhancing the ability of societies to withstand.

اجتمع سعادة السيد فهد بن حمد السليطي، المدير العام لصندوق قطر للتنمية، مع سعادة الدكتورة أفراح الزوبة، وزير الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين في الجمهورية اليمنية الشقيقة، حيث جرى بحث سبل تعزيز التعاون وتطوير العلاقات خلال المرحلة المقبلة، ومناقشة الأولويات في ظل الأوضاع الراهنة في المنطقة.

H.E. Mr. Fahad bin Hamad Al-Sulaiti, Director General of QFFD, met with H.E. Dr. Afrah Al-Zouba, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs of the sisterly Republic of Yemen. During the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and further develop bilateral relations in the coming period, as well as priorities in light of the current situation in the region.

شارك صندوق قطر للتنمية في ويبينار بعنوان "الشباب يصنعون الحلول: توجيه الأبحاث وتوليد الأدلة” التي نظمتها مبادرة جيل بلا حدود. تمثل هذه المنصة التي يقودها الشباب خطوة حاسمة نحو تعزيز أصواتهم في مجالي الأبحاث وصنع السياسات. حيث أكدت السيدة شيخة الشيبي، رئيس قسم تخطيط وتقييم الشراكات، خلال مشاركتها على أهمية وضع الأبحاث التي يقودها الشباب في صدارة عملية صنع السياسات. حيث يثبت الباحثون الشباب يوماً بعد يوم أنهم الخبراء الأقدر على صياغة مستقبلهم.

يلتزم صندوق قطر للتنمية بتعزيز الحوار الهادف بين الباحثين الشباب والخبراء التقنيين. فمن خلال دمج الأبحاث التي يقودها الشباب في برامج تنمية المهارات وسبل العيش، يمكننا الانتقال من مرحلة الأدلة إلى إحداث تغيير حقيقي وعملي. نحن فخورون بالشباب الذين يشيدون هذه المسيرة.

QFFD participated in a webinar titled "Youth Shaping Solutions: Driving Research & Generating Evidence,” hosted by Generation Unlimited. This youth-led platform is a crucial step toward amplifying young voices in research and policymaking. Ms. Shaikha Al-Shaibi, Head of the Partnerships Planning and Evaluation Section, emphasized that youth-generated evidence must be the foundation of our policies, not just an afterthought. Young researchers are proving they are the ultimate experts in shaping their own futures.

QFFD is committed to fostering meaningful dialogue between youth researchers and technical experts. By embedding youth-led research into skills and livelihoods programming, we can move from evidence to real, actionable change. We are proud of the youth paving the way.

يفتخر صندوق قطر للتنمية بدعم مبادرة "FIELD" التي أطلقها بنك التنمية الآسيوي خلال الدورة السابعة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر، والتي تعد خطوة مهمة نحو حشد الاستثمارات لمكافحة التصحر وتعزيز الصمود المناخي في آسيا والمحيط الهادئ.

Qatar Fund for Development is proud to support the FIELD initiative launched by the Asian Development Bank at COP17. A significant step toward mobilizing investments to combat desertification and build climate resilience in Asia and the Pacific.

ADB has launched together with partners the Financing Investments and Eradicating Land Degradation and Desertification Initiative, a regional partnership to attract at least $2 billion by 2035 to invest in programs that restore lands and strengthen drought resilience across Asia and the Pacific.

أطلق صندوق قطر للتنمية والهلال الأحمر القطري مشروعاً صحياً متكاملاً لدعم لاجئي الروهينغا في بنغلاديش. يهدف المشروع لتوفير الرعاية الصحية الأولية والطوارئ على مدار الساعة لما يصل إلى 33,850 لاجئ من الروهينغا. انطلاقاً من التزامهما الراسخ بالعمل الإنساني وتخفيف المعاناة عن الفئات الأكثر ضعفاً.

يجدر بالذكر أن هذا المشروع تم إطلاقه في مخيم كوكس بازار وجزيرة بهاسان شار وقد وصل إجمالي المستفيدين ل 73,017.

QFFD and QRCs have launched a comprehensive health project for Rohingya Refugees in Bangladesh. The project aims to provide around-the-clock primary and emergency healthcare to over 33,850 Rohingya refugees, driven by their firm commitment to humanitarian work and alleviating the suffering of the most vulnerable groups.
This project was launched in Cox's Bazar camp and Bhasan Char island, and the total number of beneficiaries has reached 73,017.
