As part of the World Environment Day celebrations, our school organized a series of activities on 4 June to promote environmental awareness and encourage students to become responsible caretakers of nature.
The programme began with a tree-planting activity, in which nearly 100 students participated enthusiastically. Students planted saplings on the school premises and learned about the importance of protecting and preserving the environment.
Other activities conducted included crown-making, poster designing, and "A Letter to Mother Earth." These activities provided students with opportunities to express their creativity, share their ideas on environmental conservation, and reflect on their responsibility towards nature.
Through active participation, students gained a deeper understanding of the importance of reducing waste, reusing resources, and adopting eco-friendly practices in their daily lives.
The programme was a great success and inspired students to work together towards building a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future
