في إطار جهود ديوان المحاسبة لتعزيز التعاون مع مختلف الجهات في الدولة، جرى اليوم الخميس 3 سبتمبر، توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين الديوان والنيابة العامة ممثلة بمعهد الدراسات الجنائية، حيث وقع مذكرة التفاهم عن الديوان السيد/ محمد محضار السعدي - مدير مركز التميز للتدريب والتطوير، وعن النيابة العامة السيد/ تركي راشد المهندي ، مدير معهد الدراسات الجنائية.
حيث تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين الجانبين في المجالات التدريبية والعلمية والبحثية، من خلال تنظيم الدورات والندوات وورش العمل المشتركة، وتبادل الخبرات المهنية، وتنفيذ الأنشطة والبرامج التدريبية المشتركة، إضافة إلى إعداد الدراسات والبحوث المشتركة، وتوثيق الصلات بين الباحثين وفرق البحث لدى الجانبين في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

As part of the State Audit Bureau’s efforts to enhance cooperation with various entities in the State, a memorandum of understanding was signed on Thursday, September 3, between the Bureau and the Public Prosecution, represented by the Institute of Criminal Studies. The memorandum of understanding was signed on behalf of the Bureau by Mr. Mohammed Mehzar Al-Saadi, Director of Centre of Excellence for Training & Development, and on behalf of the Public Prosecution by Mr. Turki Rashid Al-Muhannadi, Director of the Institute of Criminal Studies.
This MOU aims to enhance joint cooperation between the two sides in the training, scientific and research fields, through organizing joint courses, seminars and workshops, exchanging professional experiences, implementing joint training activities and programs. in addition, the MOU is aimed at preparing joint studies and research, and cementing links between researchers and research teams on both sides in areas of common interest.

شارك ديوان المحاسبة يوم الأثنين 31 أغسطس في الندوة العالمية "الذكاء الاصطناعي: آفاق جديدة للأجهزة العليا للرقابة"، والتي استمرت لمدة يومين في القاهرة بجمهورية مصر العربية، وقد مثل الديوان السيد/ فهد محمد المنصوري – مدير إدارة الرقابة على تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والفاضلة/ حنان أحمد شعيب – مدير إدارة نظم المعلومات بالإنابة، حيث تهدف الندوة إلى تعزيز توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في أعمال الأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية والمحاسبة، والاستفادة منها في رفع كفاءة وفاعلية الأداء الرقابي والمؤسسي، إلى جانب التعريف بمفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي الاقتصادي (frugal AI )، وتبادل الخبرات بين الأجهزة الأعضاء في الانتوساي، بما يُسهم في دعم مستقبل رقابي أكثر كفاءة ومرونة .

The State Audit Bureau participated in the two-day international symposium, "Artificial Intelligence: New Horizons for Supreme Audit Institutions” on Monday, August 31, held in Cairo, Egypt. The Bureau was represented by Mr. Fahad Al-Mansouri, Director of IT Audit, and Ms. Hanan Ahmed Shuaib, Acting Director of Information Systems Department. The symposium aims to promote the use of AI technologies in the work of supreme audit institutions, leveraging these technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of auditing and institutional performance. The symposium also aims to introduce the concept of frugal artificial intelligence (Frugal AI) and share experiences across INTOSAI member institutions, thereby contributing to a more efficient and flexible future for auditing.

نظم ديوان المحاسبة يوم الأحد 30 أغسطس، ولمده يومين، "برنامج إعداد تقارير المخاطر"، لعدد من موظفي الجهات الخاضعة لرقابة الديوان، وقد قدم البرنامج السيد/ بدر الدين محمد الطرابلسي - رئيس فريق التدقيق بإدارة الرقابة على التدقيق الداخلي والمخاطر، والفاضلة / فاطمة فهد الماس -مدقق مساعد بذات الإدارة، يهدف البرنامج إلى التعريف بمنهجية إدارة المخاطر، وتوضيح آليه تطبيقها بما يشمل تحديد المخاطر وتقييمها، وكيفية إعداد تقارير إدارة المخاطر والتعامل معها وفق المنهجية المعتمدة.

The State Audit Bureau organized a two-day "Risk Reporting Program" on Sunday, August 30, for a number of employees of entities subject to the Bureau's audit. The program was presented by Mr. Badreddine Trabelsi, Audit Lead in the Internal Audit and Risk Management Department, and Ms. Fatima Fahad Almass, Auditor Assistant in the same department. The program aims to introduce the risk management methodology and clarify its application mechanism, including identifying and assessing risks, and how to prepare and deal with risk management reports according to the approved methodology.

وقّع ديوان المحاسبة اليوم الخميس 20 أغسطس مذكرة تفاهم مع الجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات بجمهورية مصر العربية، بهدف تعزيز التعاون المشترك وتبادل الخبرات في مجال العمل الرقابي. وذلك خلال الدورة السابعة للجنة العليا المشتركة القطرية-المصرية في "العلمين" بجمهورية مصر العربية.

The State Audit Bureau signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Central Auditing Organization of the Arab Republic of Egypt today, Thursday, August 20, with the aim of strengthening cooperation and exchanging expertise in the field of auditing.
The MoU was signed during the seventh session of the Qatari-Egyptian Joint Higher Committee, held in Alamein, Arab Republic of Egypt.

The State Audit Bureau participated in the scientific seminar held alongside the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Arab Organization. Ms. Maryam Abdulaziz Al Hammadi, Head of the Information Systems Audit Section in Information Technology Audit Department presented the State Audit Bureau’s experience under the title “Leveraging Artificial Intelligence in Supreme Audit Institutions.”QARNAS” The Smart Platform for Big Data Analytics was also showcased.

The State Audit Bureau برتسيبتد, Thursday, August 13, in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI), hosted by the State Audit Bureau of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The Bureau was represented at the celebration by a delegation headed by Mr. Jassim Abdulaziz Al-Mannai, Assistant President for Performance and Compliance Audit.
On the sidelines of the meeting, the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI) honored the State Audit Bureau of Qatar in recognition of the support and assistance it has provided to the Organization's activities at various stages, its continued contributions to advancing joint Arab audit work, and its efforts to strengthen cooperation and the exchange of expertise among Supreme Audit Institutions in the Arab countries.

شارك ديوان المحاسبة في الاجتماع (27) لأصحاب السعادة وكلاء دواوين الرقابة المالية والمحاسبة بدول مجلس التعاون ، والذي عُقد اليوم الخميس 30 يوليو عبر الاتصال المرئي ، مثل الديوان في اعمال الاجتماع سعادة الشيخ/ فهد بن حمد آل ثاني – نائب رئيس ديوان المحاسبة، و السيدة/ نورة ربيعة الكواري – مدير إدارة التعاون الدولي، والشيخ/ مبارك عبدالله آل ثاني – اخصائي تعاون دولي ، اعتمد الاجتماع موضوعات الدورة السابعة لمسابقة مجلس التعاون للبحوث والدراسات ، واستعرض نتائج دراسة التوصيات الواردة في البحوث الفائزة في المسابقة السادسة بما يسهم في تعظيم الاستفادة من المخرجات البحثية وتحويلها إلى مبادرات عملية، كما ناقش الاجتماع تقرير الأمانة العامة عن البرامج التدريبية المنفذة في عام 2025 والبرنامج التدريبي المنفذ في عام 2026 ، إلى جانب بحث مشروع إنشاء منصة الكترونية مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي ، بما يسهم في تعزيز تبادل المعرفة وتطوير العمل الرقابي بين الدول الأعضاء

The State Audit Bureau participated in the 27th meeting of Their Excellencies the Undersecretaries of Financial and Accounting Audit Bureaus of the GCC, held virtually on Thursday, July 30. The Bureau was represented by His Excellency Sheikh Fahad bin Hamad Al Thani, Deputy President of the State Audit Bureau; Ms. Noora Rabeea AlKuwari, Director of International Cooperation Department; and Sheikh Mubarak Abdulla Al-Thani, International Cooperation Specialist. The meeting approved the topics for the seventh edition of the GCC Research and Studies Competition and reviewed the results of the study on recommendations from the winning research papers of the sixth competition, with the aim of maximizing the benefits of the research outcomes and translating them into practical initiatives. The meeting also discussed the General Secretariat’s report on training programs implemented in 2025 and the training program delivered in 2026, in addition to exploring the establishment of an AI-powered electronic platform to promote knowledge exchange and further enhance audit work among the Member States.
