نظم ديوان المحاسبة يوم الاربعاء الموافق 21 أكتوبر، ندوة توعوية لموظفي وزارة البلدية والتخطيط العمراني، تناولت دور رقابة ديوان المحاسبة في المحافظة على المال العام، حيث قدم الندوة السيد/ عبد الله ناصر السيد – مدقق أول في إدارة المهام الخاصة. يأتي تنظيم هذه الندوة في إطار جهود ديوان المحاسبة الهادفة لنشر وتعزيز ثقافة المحافظة على المال العام.



‏The State Audit Bureau organized an awareness seminar for employees of the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning on Wednesday, October 21. The seminar addressed the role of the State Audit Bureau in safeguarding public funds. Mr. Abdulla Nasser Alsayed, Senior Auditor in the Special Assignments Department, presented the seminar. This seminar is part of the State Audit Bureau's efforts to promote the culture of safeguarding public funds.

‏The State Audit Bureau participated in the Future Fair’s 2026 held at Carnegie Mellon University on Monday, October 19. The Bureau’s participation comes as part of its commitment to attracting national talent and cadres, familiarizing them with the nature of the Bureau’s work, and the job and training opportunities available.

بالتعاون مع وكالة الأمن السيبراني، اختتم ديوان المحاسبة اليوم الخميس 15 أكتوبر، سلسلة جلسات توعوية لموظفيه، ضمن فعاليات "الشهر العالمي للتوعية بالأمن السيبراني"، تناولت حماية البيانات وتصنيفها وخصوصيتها، وإدارة المخاطر التقنية واستمرارية الأعمال والممارسات الآمنة لاستخدام الحوسبة السحابية والذكاء الاصطناعي، إلى جانب جلسة تعريفية بسياسات وإجراءات إدارة أمن المعلومات، وتهدف هذه الجلسات إلى تعزيز ثقافة الأمن السيبراني، ورفع الوعي بحماية المعلومات في بيئة العمل.

‏In collaboration with Cybersecurity Agency, the State Audit Bureau concluded on Thursday, October 15, a series of awareness sessions for its employees as part of the Global Cybersecurity Awareness Month. The sessions covered:
• Data protection, classification, and privacy
• Technical risk management and business continuity
• Safe practices for using cloud computing and artificial intelligence
• An introductory session on information security management policies and procedures
These sessions aim to promote a culture of cybersecurity and raise awareness regarding information protection in the workplace.

‏The State Audit Bureau organized an awareness seminar for Qatar Tourism employees on Wednesday, October 14, highlighting the Bureau’s oversight role in safeguarding public funds. The seminar was delivered by Mr. Mohammed Mehdar Al-Saadi, Director of the Center of Excellence for Training and Development. The seminar forms part of the Bureau’s ongoing efforts to promote and strengthen a culture of safeguarding public funds.

نظم ديوان المحاسبة يوم الخميس 24 سبتمبر، ندوة توعوية لطالبات مدرسة آمنه بنت وهب الثانوية للبنات، تناولت دور رقابة ديوان المحاسبة في المحافظة على المال العام، وقدمتها الفاضلة / وضحه أحمد الكواري– أخصائي أول تعاون دولي بإدارة التعاون الدولي، ويأتي تنظيمها في إطار جهود ديوان المحاسبة الهادفة لنشر وتعزيز ثقافة المحافظة على المال العام.

The State Audit Bureau organized an awareness seminar for female students of Amna Bint Wahab Secondary School for Girls, on Thursday, September 24. The seminar addressed the role of the State Audit Bureau in safeguarding public funds. The seminar was presented by Ms. Wadha Ahmad Al-Kuwari, Senior International Cooperation Specialist in the International Cooperation Department. This seminar is part of the State Audit Bureau's efforts to disseminate and promote a culture of safeguarding public funds.

نظم ديوان المحاسبة يومي 23 و24 سبتمبر، برنامج بعنوان" إعداد خارطة التدقيق "، شارك فيها عدد من موظفي الجهات الخاضعة لرقابة ديوان المحاسبة، وقدم البرنامج المدقق بإدارة الرقابة على التدقيق الداخلي والمخاطر السيد / سعد عيسى الكواري. ويهدف البرنامج إلى التعريف بمفهوم خريطة التدقيق الداخلي وعلاقتها بالأهداف والمخاطر والضوابط، والتعرف على أدوار ومسؤوليات الإدارة والخطوط الثلاثة ومقدمي التأكيد الخارجيين، إلى جانب استعراض متطلبات المعيار (9.5)، والتعرف على كيفية بناء خريطة التدقيق وكشف الفجوات، وتقييم أسس الاعتماد وتوثيق أثر النتائج على خطة التدقيق الداخلي.

The State Audit Bureau organized a program entitled " Audit Map Preparation," in which a number of employees from entities subject to the Bureau's audit participated on September 23 and 24. The program was presented by Mr. Saad Essa AlKuwari, auditor in the Internal Audit and Risk Management Department. The program aims to introduce the concept of an internal audit map and its relationship to objectives, risks, and controls; to familiarize participants with management roles and responsibilities, the three lines model, and external assurance providers. It also aims to review the requirements of Standard 9.5; to learn how to construct an audit map and identify gaps; to evaluate the basis for accreditation; and to document the impact of findings on the internal audit plan.

The State Audit Bureau organized an awareness seminar on Wednesday, September 23, for students of Ahmed Bin Mohammed Secondary School for Boys.
The seminar highlighted the role of the State Audit Bureau’s oversight in safeguarding public funds and was presented by Mr. Ali Mohammed Al-Haddad, Assistant Auditor at the Compliance Audit Department.
The seminar was organized as part of the State Audit Bureau’s ongoing efforts to promote and strengthen a culture of safeguarding public funds.

شارك ديوان المحاسبة يوم الاثنين 21 سبتمبر، في الاجتماع الأول الاستثنائي للجنة التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتطوير بالمنظمة العربية للأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية والمحاسبة "الأرابوساي"، والذي عٌقد عبر تقنية الاتصال المرئي. وقد مثل الديوان في أعمال الاجتماع السيد / خالد عبد القادر العماري - رئيس فريق مجموعة عمل الرقابة على تكنولوجيا المعلومات في "الأرابوساي"– ورئيس قسم الرقابة على تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالوزارات والأجهزة والهيئات الحكومية بإدارة الرقابة على تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
تضمن الاجتماع مناقشة عدد من الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال، من بينها تفصيل المهام الموكلة للجنة وتوزيعها بين الأعضاء، وتحسين اللائحة التنظيمية للجنة، وعرض تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي.

The State Audit Bureau participated in the first extraordinary meeting of the Strategic Planning and Development Committee of the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI) on Monday, September 21, which was held via video conferencing. The Bureau was represented by Mr. Khalid Al-Ammari, Head of the Information Technology Audit Working Group at ARABOSAI and Head of Ministries, Authorities and Governmental Bodies IT Audit in the IT Audit Department.
The meeting included discussions on several agenda items, including detailing the tasks assigned to the committee and their distribution among members, improving the committee's bylaws, and presenting the implementation of strategic planning.

نظم ديوان المحاسبة يوم الاحد 13 سبتمبر ، ورشة تدريبية بالتعاون مع النيابة العامة حول "تأهيل فرق تدقيق متخصصة في مراجعة شبهات غسيل الأموال"، والتي استمرت لمدة خمسة أيام، حيث قدم الورشة من جانب النيابة كل من السيد/ ناصر العبيدلي – وكيل نيابة، والسيد/ فيصل عجينة – خبير منتدب، وقدمها من جانب الديوان كل من السيد/ مسلم قدرية - خبير فني في إدارة المهام الخاصة، والسيد / نايف المعاضيد- مدقق بذات الإدارة، وقد تناولت الورشة موضوعات استخدام أساليب وادوات التحليل المالي ، وتقنيات التحليل الرقمي والذكاء الاصطناعي في اكتشاف الأنماط المشبوهة ودعم عملية الفحص والتحقق، ورفع وتطوير جودة التقارير والتوصيات الرقابية في مهام الفحص والمراجعة ذات الصلة.

In cooperation with the Public Prosecution, the State Audit Bureau organized a five-day training workshop on “Training Specialized Audit Teams to Review Suspected Money Laundering”, starting on Sunday, September 13. The workshop was presented by Mr. Nasser Al-Obaidli, Deputy Prosecutor, and Mr. Faisal Ajina, Assigned Expert, representing the Public Prosecution, and by Mr. Moslem Gadria, a Technical Expert in the Special Assignments Department, and Mr. Nayif Al-Maadeed, Auditor in the same department, representing the Bureau. The workshop covered topics such as the use of financial analysis methods and tools, digital analysis techniques, and artificial intelligence in detecting suspicious patterns and supporting the examination and verification process, as well as improving the quality of audit reports and recommendations in related examination and review tasks.
