We are proud to announce the successful implementation of the CARE4SUD – Enhancing Professionalism in Illicit Drug Addiction Treatment project, coordinated by Klaipėdos Ernesto Galvanausko profesinio mokymo centras (Lithuania), in collaboration with:

🔍 Project Objective:
To strengthen the professional capacity of healthcare providers working with illicit drug use disorders and improve care services at both national and EU levels.
👩⚕️ Who Benefited?
Healthcare professionals new to addiction care, addiction experts (social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists), VET educators, SUD field specialists, social care workers, VET providers, and relevant policy makers.
💡 Key Achievements:
✅ Systematic review of addiction training across all partner countries
✅ 6 National Gap Analyses (Healthcare Professionals)
✅ 6 National Gap Analyses (Patients’ Perspectives)
✅ Comprehensive Transnational Needs & Gaps Report
✅ CARE4SUD Curriculum for training in illicit drug use disorders
✅ Transnational Demonstration and Validation Report
✅ Successful piloting of the training course in partner countries
✅ CARE4SUD Online Platform – Free access to audiovisual and training materials for the next 3 years!
