Our individual perception of the world in which we live is different for each of us. The Universe, seen as the place and time where all of our worlds coexist and interact, can become better, more enjoyable and happier if these differences will constitute the elements of bridges that unite us rather than bricks in walls that divide us.

Halfway through our Inclusive Futures training course here in Tbilisi, Georgia where youth workers from Romania, Georgia, Armenia, Albania, and North Macedonia have come together with a common goal: making youth work more qualitative, accessible, and inclusive for all young people. 🇬🇪✨

The ideas are fruitful, the discussions are inspiring, and every day brings new perspectives, methods, and approaches that can make a real difference in our communities. Seeing people with strong motivation, open minds, and great ideas working side by side is a reminder that the future of youth work is in good hands.

Planning the future feels encouraging when people with the will and great ideas come together.

Looking forward to the second half of the training and all the ideas that are still waiting to be discovered.

Hey there friends!

Last week, we had the privilege of gathering in Agres, Spain for our training course "Inclusive Cycling: The Practice" — and what an experience it was! 🌿🇪🇸

Surrounded by the breathtaking Sierra de Mariola Natural Park, youth workers and practitioners from Romania, Spain, and Belgium came together to explore tandem cycling as a tool for social inclusion for young people with visual impairments. 🚴‍♀️

Over 3 unforgettable days, we:

🔵 Rode tandem bikes through stunning mountain routes
🔵 Learned bike mechanics & maintenance hands-on
🔵 Developed inclusive cycling action plans for our communities
🔵 Connected with nature, and most importantly — with each other

A huge thank you to our wonderful partners — Velorecicla 🇪🇸, and VIEWS International 🇧🇪 — for making this happen!

This project is funded by the European Union.

Hello there friends!

Our Inclusive Employability training course in Sassari, Italy has officially come to an end! 🇮🇹✨ This mobility was meaningful for us, as it marked our very first mobility in the field of Adult Education.

Over the past days, our staff members explored practical tools, inclusive pedagogical methods, job coaching strategies, accessibility solutions, and innovative approaches that support adults with disabilities in their pathway towards employment. 💼

The training was not only about gaining new knowledge and competences, but also about exchanging experiences, sharing good practices, and building meaningful connections with professionals from different countries. 🌍 Together, we reflected on how adult education can become more accessible, inclusive, and employment-oriented for everyone.

We are grateful for this first step in Adult Education and excited for what comes next! A big thank you to all participants, trainers, and partners who contributed to making this experience valuable and inspiring.

✨ To the next one!

Our upcoming training course Inclusive Futures is just around the corner and we can’t wait to welcome youth workers from Romania, Georgia, Armenia, Albania, and North Macedonia to Tbilisi, Georgia this beginning of June.

During this training, participants will explore practical ways to make youth work more inclusive, accessible, and meaningful for all young people, especially those with diverse needs and sensory impairments. Ready to ride, learn, and include?

The second training of our CYCLE-IN project is coming up soon:“Inclusive Cycling: The Practice”
From 11–15 May 2026, we’ll be in Agres, Spain, together with youth workers from Romania (ABT), Spain (Velorecicla), and Belgium (VIEWS International), including blind and visually impaired participants, all united by one goal: making cycling more inclusive and accessible for everyone.

And yes… this is not your typical classroom training
We’ll be outside, on real routes, on tandem bikes, learning by doing!

During the training, we’ll:
🚴 Build practical tandem cycling skills in real outdoor settings
🤝 Improve teamwork, communication, and pilot–co-pilot coordination
🗺️ Learn how to plan accessible cycling routes safely
⚠️ Explore safety, risk prevention, and inclusive outdoor practices
💡 Reflect on how to bring inclusive cycling into youth work back home

A big part of the practical experience will be guided by our Spanish partner Velorecicla, who will share their expertise in cycling, sustainability, and inclusive outdoor education.

The training will also directly contribute to our future practical guide: “Tandem for Inclusion: A Practical Guide to Inclusive Cycling”, so what we learn here will travel far beyond Spain. But about this, a bit later...

Curious to see more?
Check out the full press release and details on the project website!
And of course, keep an eye on us, we’ll be sharing every step (and pedal) of the training!

Our youth exchange Next Step Skills in Durrës, Albania has officially come to an end!

From April 16–22, young people from Romania 🇷🇴, Albania 🇦🇱, Serbia 🇷🇸, North Macedonia 🇲🇰 and Georgia 🇬🇪 came together to share an intense and inspiring experience full of learning, collaboration, and growth. What started as a group of young individuals quickly turned into a strong team, exchanging ideas, challenging perspectives, and building real skills together.

Through workshops, simulations, and plenty of informal moments, we explored communication, teamwork, leadership, and decision-making in a way that goes far beyond theory. It was all about doing, reflecting, and improving — together.

But beyond the sessions, it’s the connections, the laughter, the late-night conversations, and the shared memories that will stay with us the longest ❤️

We are grateful for every participant who brought their energy, openness, and authenticity into this experience.
