🔥 Intervention of Our Volunteer Firefighters

Today's vegetation fire in our community is a clear reminder of how important it is to have a properly equipped Volunteer Emergency Service (SVSU) capable of responding quickly and effectively.

👨‍🚒Our volunteer firefighters acted promptly and efficiently, managing to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading further. 👏 We sincerely thank them for their dedication and commitment to protecting our community.🧯

This intervention also highlights the importance of ROUA00440 : building a modern fire and emergency response station and equipping the SVSU with a proper intervention vehicle, objectives included in the cross-border project.

🚒 A modern fire station and a well-equipped intervention vehicle are not simply infrastructure and equipment investments. They are direct investments in the safety of our people, homes, agricultural land and community assets.

☀️During periods of extreme heat and dry vegetation, a rapid response can make the difference between a small, contained fire and a major disaster. This is why strengthening and equipping the SVSU COAS must remain a priority.

Community safety starts with prevention, but it also depends on trained people, adequate equipment and the ability to respond quickly when it matters most. 🚒

ȘTIAȚ CĂ...? 🚒

O remiză PSI nu este doar un garaj pentru autospeciale. Ea reprezintă un punct esențial pentru intervenția rapidă în situații de urgență.

O remiză bine proiectată oferă:
✅ spații sigure pentru autospecială și echipamente;
✅ acces rapid pentru intervenții;
✅ condiții optime pentru depozitarea echipamentelor de stingere și salvare;
✅ un sprijin important pentru protejarea oamenilor și a bunurilor, a comunitāții.

Prin proiectul "Cooperare transfrontalieră pentru creșterea capacității la dezastre" -acronim RESPONDIS ROUA00440, finanțat prin Interreg NEXT Romania-Ukraine , contribuim la dezvoltarea unei infrastructuri moderne, construită pentru eficiență, siguranță și durabilitate.

👨‍🚒Firefighters in Action -Vehicle Fire Response

🔥Due to the extremely high temperatures during this period, the professional and volunteer firefighters responded to extinguish a vehicle fire that was caused by the intense heat.☀️🔥☀️

🔥This incident highlights the increased risk of fires during heatwaves and the importance of rapid emergency response.👨‍🚒🚒🧯 The successful intervention of professional firefighters from Baia Mare city and volunteer firefighters of SVSU COAS helped prevent the fire from spreading and minimized potential damage.

🔥Within the framework of the RESPONDIS 004400 Project, we encourage all citizens to take preventive measures during periods of extreme heat, including checking their vehicles regularly, avoiding leaving flammable materials inside parked vehicles, and immediately reporting any signs of fire by calling the emergency services.

Together, through preparedness, cooperation, and timely intervention, we can reduce the impact of emergencies and protect our communities.🇪🇺🇷🇴🇺🇦
