“Krapovy beret ” is “Krapovy beret ” is a non- governmental membership-based voluntary and self-regulated organization of the military, veterans and personnel from active service of Special Forces, Reconnaissance and other units participating in the current combat operations and local conflicts. It was created on the initiative of the soldiers of the elite Special Forces group N0 3671 more than 15

years ago. The total number of the members of the Union now is counted around 200 people. Union was accredited at the Privolzhsky Regional Command of the Internal troops of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation and was signed as a member in the Interregional veterans public organization of the Internal troops of the Ministry of the Interior Of Russia. Our association nowadays tightly cooperates with government, public and commercial organizations (foreign and Russian ones) in accomplishing common goals and objectives. An important part of our activity is a work on the international level. We try to involve some foreign organizations into our projects. As one example of our cooperation - we became an official representative of two international organizations – International Close Protection Training Association (ICPTA) and International Association of Close Protection Officers (IACPO). membership-based voluntary and self-regulated organization of the veterans and personnel from active service of Special Forces, Reconnaissance and other units participating in the current combat operations and local conflicts.
