🇬🇳 🇷🇼 Les réformes de la gestion des finances publiques, la numérisation des systèmes de trésorerie et la transparence budgétaire sont au cœur d’une visite d’étude menée par une délégation du ministère de l’Économie, des Finances et du Budget de la République de Guinée.

Accueillie par Rwanda Cooperation, la délégation participe à des échanges techniques avec les principaux organes de contrôle financier et de gouvernance, notamment le MINECOFIN | Rwanda, le National Bank of Rwanda, le Rwanda Public Procurement Authority et le OAG Rwanda.

Le programme porte sur l'application pratique du Système d'Information de Gestion Financière Intégrée (IFMIS), la passation électronique des marchés publics (Umucyo), les stratégies de gestion de la dette publique et les cadres nationaux d'audit.

🇳🇬🇷🇼 Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy, Nigeria, is in Rwanda for a week-long knowledge exchange programme hosted by Rwanda Cooperation.

The programme explores ’s governance, public sector transformation, digital innovation, leadership, health, education, and local government systems through engagements with key institutions and field visits.

🇿🇼 🇷🇼 The Zimbabwe Staff College Joint Command and Staff Course 39 delegation successfully concluded strategic exchanges with key policy and economic bodies, including MINECOFIN | Rwanda, Ministry of Trade and Industry, and Rwanda Development Board.

The study visit comprised institutional briefings a on post-conflict reconstruction and national transformation, and strategic engagements with national security and governance bodies.

The exchanges provided the delegation with insights into Rwanda's institutional frameworks, peacebuilding mechanisms, and socio-economic development strategies.
