Today, the Senior Management of the Rwanda Water Resources Board (RWB) held discussions with the team on the implementation of the Volcano Community Resilience Project ( ), which is being implemented in collaboration with various partner institutions.

Under the project, is responsible for implementing the Flood Risk Management and Catchment Management Restoration and Land Restoration components.

Rwanda Water Resources Board (RWB), in collaboration with the
ARCOSNetwork, has commenced a five-day technical workshop on Catchment Restoration Planning Tools and Stakeholder Mapping for the Koko and Muregeya sub-catchments.

The workshop brings together RutsiroDistrict district officials and development partners to strengthen coordination among landscape restoration actors, enhance the use of restoration planning tools, and promote a shared understanding of priorities and interventions for effective and sustainable catchment restoration.
