Contribute to the preparation and implementation of the department's operating plan.
Participate in the work of committees and activities at the department, college and sector levels when requested and as needed.

Communicate the necessary and basic information to fellow students and trainee managers.
Evaluate female students and trainees periodically in a manner characterized by fairness, transparency and objectivity, and suggest appropriate development methods for them.
Activating and encouraging communication between female students, female trainees, and colleagues.
Taking into account the organizational structure, regulations and policies when communicating.
Dealing directly with the difficult situations that female students are exposed to with wisdom and deliberation, and consulting with students’ affairs, while being careful

Classroom management to create an educational environment that encourages creativity and development.
Additional related tasks
Direct coordination with colleagues to ensure the standardization of the educational process and the quality of the outputs of joint programs and courses.

Academic level/work experience
Holds a master's degree or higher in the field of specialization.
At least two years experience in the field of specialization.
Leadership and teamwork.
Conflict management skill.
Those with a professional certificate in the field of specialization are preferred.
Basic technical skills
Familiarity with effective communication skills, planning, evaluating, organizing, and preparing organizational studies.
Time management, communication and people interaction skills.
Familiarity with the Arabic and English languages, both spoken and written
Proficiency in computer skills and experience in using related software.
