Sometimes need to remind ourselves what we are working towards. This is room Petersson and is the first room we renovated to give it more a feel of a cozy Lighthouse Keepers room. Such a cozy feeling just enjoying a moment here👌👍❣️

The renovations of the Lighthouse Keepers Cottage continues! We have had some interesting comments about the work that’s being done that are less than satisfied with it all, even had some cancellations because of it. Well we say too bad for them! This work is critical for this beautiful building to survive long into the future…not for us but for future generations to have a chance to experience life as a Lighthouse Keeper👊👍❣️
All the room windows have been renovated and the south and west facade has been scrapped back to bare wood…next it’s time for new paint👊👍❣️
This beautiful building has so much history…and soon it will be shining in another light! Love this place❣️

Great news! Beach 2026👊

Snart blir våra stränder redo för barfotasteg, badhanddukar och somriga dopp. 🌊

Om exakt två veckor – vecka 24 – startar årets strandstädning på kommunens badplatser. Under sommarperioden städar vi stränderna regelbundet enligt schema och när vädret tillåter. Vi städar maskinellt där det går, och tömmer papperskorgarna löpande under hela säsongen.

Tången då?
Jodå, vi håller löpande koll på mängden tång och gör bedömningar utifrån läget på varje plats, och utifrån väder och prognos.
