Did you know you can get free rescued food every Friday here in Uppsala? 💚

Bruised Food Club hosts a food rescue distribution every Friday at 15:30 at Forumtorget, Uppsala.
It’s open for everyone — just bring a container and take what you need 🥦🍅

Why it’s great:
♻️ Reduces food waste
🍎 Saves money (perfect for students!)
🌍 Supports a circular, community-based food system

We’ll be visiting today to check it out and share our experience — stay tuned! 🌱✨

The days are getting shorter, most leaves have fallen of the trees around us and the temperature has started to drop. We still get to enjoy a few more weeks of autumn. Autumn is the perfect season to slow down and take the time to learn about sustainability. Here are some tips to make a positive impact on the environment:
• Have fika in a sustainable café ☕️
• Go thrift shopping 🛍️
• Take your reusable cup, fill it with your favorite hot drink and go for an autumn walk 🥾
• Put on a warm sweater and keep your heating low
• Eat local and seasonal: for example, potatoes, apples and mushrooms 🥔🍎🍄‍🟫
