We are proud to be part of the Channel View Regeneration in Grangetown, Cardiff – one of Cardiff Council’s largest estate renewal projects.

Balco Balcony Systems Ltd is delivering 65 Levitate® balconies and more than 180 linear metres of balustrading for Phase 1 of the project, which includes new specialist accommodation for older residents.

The Levitate® balconies and outdoor spaces will help create modern, comfortable homes with private amenity space for residents to enjoy.

Please note that this project is still under construction, and the balconies shown are not yet fully completed.

More than a balcony. More quality of life.

The second phase of our project in Arnstadt is now under way, with 24 new Balco Twin balconies being installed. Once complete, the project will include a total of 36 glazed balconies – all with fantastic views towards Wachsenburg.

But the greatest success of this project isn't the technology. It's the feedback from the residents.

After the first phase, the benefits were already clear: more usable space, greater comfort, protection from wind and weather, and a balcony that can be enjoyed for much more of the year.

That's why Balco was chosen again for the second phase – an investment in sustainable living quality and long-term value.

And in September, we're looking forward to celebrating together at our 'Grill & Chill' with the residents. A chance to enjoy the new living space, try out the new balconies and officially put them to good use.

After all, that's exactly why we build balconies. 💙

A fantastic transformation in Mannheim!
Balco Balkonkonstruktionen GmbH has completed a major balcony renovation project at Heiligenbergstr. 15 in Mannheim, Germany.

As part of the property’s extensive modernisation, we installed 44 glazed Twin balconies on the existing concrete slabs. The result has given the building a fresh, modern appearance while creating more comfortable and versatile balcony spaces for its residents.

We hope everyone living in the building enjoys their new balconies all year round – whatever the weather!

New balcony glazing on Buddingevej in Søborg.
Balco Altaner has completed a balcony glazing project at Buddingevej 246–252 in Søborg.
The project involved replacing 22 glazing systems on the existing balcony slabs. As the before-and-after photos show, the new glazing has given the property a significantly more modern appearance.
