We gathered once again in support of the Lions and their heroic efforts in the second leg of the Hyundai Cup Semi-Finals 🦁

While results were not meant to be, the players really fought for Singapore and did their very best.

Two nights ago, we got together to watch Singapore take on Thailand in the 1st leg of the Hyundai Cup Semi-Finals. 🇸🇬

Tomorrow, the Lions are back on the pitch. We’ll be backing them all the way!

Come on Singapore, bring it home! 🦁🇸🇬

We lost a friend, fellow SDP cadre, former CEC member and comrade in the efforts to build a democratic Singapore based on justice and equality. Sylvester Lim was a passionate activist in the early 2000s, the era of the iconic Tak Boleh Tahan protests. He fought the good fight and left us too early. Farewell Sylvester, we will miss you....

This National Day weekend, we spent some time walking the ground, catching up with familiar faces and meeting new ones along the way.

Different stories, different generations, different walks of life — but all sharing this little red dot we call home. ❤️

As Singapore turns 61, here’s to continuing to listen, care for one another, and build a home where every Singaporean has a place.

Singapore has achieved remarkable success over the past six decades. But our next chapter should not simply be about becoming wealthier. It should be about becoming fairer, and about ensuring that young Singaporeans do not merely survive, but thrive.

Every generation deserves the opportunity to build a stable future, own a home, raise a family, and retire with dignity through hard work. That hope is worth protecting. That future is worth fighting for.

As we celebrate our nation’s journey and look ahead with hope, may we remain committed to building a Singapore that offers opportunity, fairness, and dignity for all.

46 years ago today, the Singapore Democratic Party began its journey.

Through victories and defeats, breakthroughs and setbacks, one thing has remained unchanged: our belief that Singapore can be freer, fairer and more compassionate.

Generations of members, volunteers and supporters have kept this movement alive — walking the ground, speaking truth to power and standing firm when it would have been easier to remain silent.

The road has never been easy. But we are still here. Still serving. Still fighting. Still believing. To everyone who has been part of this journey: thank you.

Here’s to 46 years of courage, conviction and an unwavering commitment to democracy.

The journey continues. 🔥

Fear governs our society. We’ve been taught to fear the powers-that-be, external forces, and even our own countrymen. What are the effects of a fear-based psyche? We’ve been taught to stay powerless - the prevailing lie is that even if we try, nothing will happen. But our candidates, Surayah and Jufri are showing us that small progress amounts to the bigger change. They’ve been actively creating change in the last twenty years and empowering the next generation to be fearless.

Refusing to just be armchair critics, they show up where it matters, be it at the frontlines or behind-the-scenes even when nobody is watching.
