FRCS Active Ageing Centre Foundation of Rotary Clubs Singapore Active Aging Centre is a community for adults aged 60 years and above.

We provide fitness programmes, social gatherings, and cognitively stimulating activities, to enhance overall quality of life for senior citizens.

From daily practice sessions at the centre, to the finals at OCBC Arena competition hall yesterday, the Sports Stacking team representing FRCS Active Ageing Centre took their game to the next level. They not only committed to a winning mindset by tracking each other’s best and worst timings but also maintained a seriousness during each practice session in order to simulate the competition day. We witnessed beautiful team spirit and unrelenting determination.
The hard work has paid off!

Thanks to all the Men’s Adventure Group members who have supported us from our very first hike back in May 2025! We started out with only 3 members, persisted and we now have over 15. This is still a conservative number but we are overjoyed that the men have real camaraderie and mindset of inclusion. Keep walking and we wish you good luck and great health!

The students of and Bukit Gombak Eagles Interactors Club ran a delightful Animal Figurine Painting Workshop for the seniors on June 12th at FRCS AAC to raise animal welfare awareness with Project Pawsitive. Join them tomorrow at 10am for the next crafts workshop - making Cat Fishing Pole toys and dog rope toys! 🎣

Our second Community Art Outreach KOI PROJECT of 2026 was installed at Jurong Pioneer Junior College campus on the last day of classes before term break as part of their Wellness Cafe.
50 students, 10 teachers, and members of JPJC Interactive Club brought life, individuality and beauty to paper koi and installed shoals of fish outside the staff room on May 29th.
Everyone found the workshop relaxing and fun. FRCS AAC seniors once again led the workshop and showed the lovely teenagers the process.
Thanks to Wei Ming for spearheading this collaboration with FRCS Active Ageing Centre and to your fellow teachers for support. 💙 💛

Our second Community Art Outreach “KOI PROJECT” of 2026 was installed at Jurong Pioneer Junior College campus on the last day of classes before term break, as part of their Wellness Cafe.
FRCS AAC seniors facilitated the workshop to 10 teachers and 50 students on May 29th, 2026.
Members of JPJC Interactive club brought life, individuality and beauty to paper koi by installing shoals of fish outside the level 2 Staff Room.
