More support is coming your way!

From 9 Sep 2026, eligible Singaporeans will receive up to $600 in cash under the Enhanced Budget 2026 Cost-of-Living (COL) Special Payment to help with everyday expenses.

ICYMI, the COL Special Payment was enhanced by $200 in Apr’s support package in response to the Middle East situation.

: The Government has announced a second package of support in response to the Middle East situation.

Taken together with the earlier package announced in April, the Government will provide around $2 billion in support, on top of what was already provided in .

💡Aside from the cash component, the permanent GST Voucher (GSTV) scheme also includes MediSave top-ups to help support the medical needs of our seniors. Together with the cash, U-Save and S&CC rebates, the GSTV scheme will help offset some of the GST expenses for our lower- and middle-income Singaporeans.

Eligible seniors aged 65 and above will receive up to $450 in GSTV - MediSave top-ups. This will be automatically credited to their MediSave Accounts from 11 Aug. 👵🏼🧓🏼
