With higher income ceilings, more families can benefit from affordable BTO flat options and generous grants to find a home that fits their needs and budget. From the February 2027 sales exercise, eligible first-timer families with or expecting children also receive an additional ballot chance for each Singaporean child aged 18 and below.

Good neighbours make great communities. 🏘️

From 1 Sep 2026, the Mediation Direction (MD) framework and Community Relations Unit (CRU) will be expanded nationwide — so neighbours have stronger support to work things out more effectively and at an earlier stage.

MDs require disputing neighbours to attend mediation at the Community Mediation Centre (CMC). They're legally binding, but the goal is always the same: bringing neighbours together to talk things out.

At the end of the day, harmonious neighbourhoods are something we all build together. 🤝
