The vision of AUTUMN is to create a open sharing and caring platform for all caregivers and care-receivers, single lonely elderly with our community and beyond. Aims:

For seniors to:
- Age in familiar surroundings
- Work gainfully
- Enjoy a health-related quality of life

To allow the current seniors in Jalan Kukoh and Chin Swee to age-in-place, Autumn Community is current providing from ground

up, a programs that build and nurture our relationship with the aging community,

Autumn Community works with volunteers and other stakeholders in the community (example MediClinic Dr. Lim) providing much needed support in the care of individual needs be it wellness, emotional, relational through various programs and support systems that our Autumn seniors can depend on as they age within our community.
