🌟 Thank you for joining us at the ABLE Roundtable: Beyond Ramps – Designing Inclusive Workplace Environments That Work for All.
As part of the Singapore Business Network on DisAbility (SBNoD) Q2 2026 Meeting, we were delighted to co-organise this edition of the ABLE Roundtable alongside SBNoD, with Deutsche Bank generously hosting the event.
Today, we had the privilege of bringing together HR professionals, corporate leaders, policymakers, and community partners to explore how workplaces can move beyond accessibility to create environments where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to thrive.
The session sparked meaningful conversations and the exchange of diverse perspectives. Some of the key topics explored included:
🔹 Accessibility vs Inclusivity – Why creating an accessible workplace doesn't always mean everyone feels included or experiences a true sense of belonging.
🔹 From retrofitting to inclusive design – How organisations can design workplaces with diverse needs in mind from the outset, rather than adjusting later.
🔹 Assistive technology – Exploring the tools that support greater independence, communication, and productivity at work, while highlighting opportunities to close existing gaps.
