innovation and experimentation in new areas, which when successful, will be considered for mainstream funding by the government to benefit society and Singaporeans. We play a catalytic role in accelerating programmes to complement the roles of government and other grant-making organisations to scale up the positive impact on society and Singaporeans. We build capacity and capabilities of beneficiaries so that these organisations can be sustainable in their operations and lasting in their positive impact and outcomes for society and Singaporeans. Tote Board’s source of funds is derived from operating surplus of the Tote Board Group, which comprises Tote Board and its wholly-owned subsidiary Singapore Pools (Private) Limited and Singapore Turf Club, a proprietary club owned by Tote Board. Tote Board holds the legal rights to operate horse racing and totalisators, lotteries (4D, Toto, Singapore Sweep) and sports betting (football and Formula One motor racing). Tote Board also ensures that Singapore Pools and Singapore Turf Club conduct their gaming and racing businesses in a socially responsible manner, to provide legal, safe and trusted gaming as a means to counter illegal gambling.

Not your usual team training day.

Our colleagues recently got hands-on with CPR and AED training conducted by Singapore Red Cross, learning what to do when every second counts.

From spotting when someone needs help to using an AED with confidence, it was a practical reminder that being prepared is also a way of caring.

Because building a caring and resilient Singapore starts with how we show up for one another, even in the everyday.

Fatherhood is a journey that constantly evolves at every turn.

For Edward Chan, whose two daughters are on the autism spectrum, every milestone is reached through sacrifice, patience, kindness and reassurance. He constantly shifts his perspective, learning his daughters’ unique world and rewriting what ‘being a father’ actually means to his family.

His lived experiences inspired him to extend the same understanding and support to others. With Tote Board's support, Edward now leads CaringSG with the same heart that raised his daughters, so that every caregiver has a community to lean on.

To all fathers, Happy Fathers’ Day.

This World Cup season, we're celebrating champions on and off the field 💙

Some champions aren't defined by their age. They're defined by their spirit.

POV: Your child has collected one stamp and is now the CEO of the adventure.

This June holidays, step into the world of Winnie the Pooh at Children’s Festival @ Gardens by the Bay, where little ones can explore stories, activities and discoveries made together.

From activity stations to snack breaks, it is the kind of day where children get to lead the adventure, parents get to slow down, and grandparents get pulled into the fun too.

As a supporter of the Children’s Festival, Tote Board helps create shared spaces where families can connect, play and spend meaningful time together.

So bring the kids, grandparents, and your best “okay, one more activity” energy.

For many seniors, the hardest part of care is knowing where to begin.

At Sunlove Active Ageing Centre, help starts with a familiar face. Someone who notices when walking becomes harder, understands their language and can connect them to the right support before a small concern becomes a bigger one.

Through the Communities of Care programme, centres like Sunlove bring partners together so seniors are not left to their concerns alone.

Supported by the Tote Board Better Health Fund, this is care made simpler, closer and more human.

For Jessica Lim and her team of 1,000 volunteers, inclusion is what drove them to show up every single day, even when the going got tough.

In this video, Jessica shares what it really meant to be part of a team that made space for every para athlete to compete, belong and thrive. Supported by Tote Board, these are the everyday acts that make community-driven inclusion real and practical.

Strength comes in many forms — in perseverance, in quiet determination, and in the courage to keep moving forward.

With the support of Tote Board’s Enhanced Fundraising Programme (EFR), organisations like Singapore Council of Women's Organisations (SCWO) help women like Priya rebuild confidence and take steps towards a more stable future.
