ICCS Digital Committee Workshop: 'Why AI Doesn’t Move Profit (Yet).
Deciding what to commit to across Southeast Asia, now that producing options is cheap and markets stay fragmented'
AI made options abundant. Capital, attention and operational capacity stayed finite. AI-generated work does not become profit until it changes a commercial commitment. A working session on how organisations decide what deserves that commitment across Southeast Asia.
Who this is for:
● Country and regional leadership responsible for growth across Southeast Asia
● Marketing, strategy and insight leads carrying market entry or expansion decisions
● Founders and general managers deciding where to place limited resources
Speaker bio:
Martin Reiher is Co-Founder and CEO of Metanoia+, a Singapore-based decision infrastructure company. Over more than twenty years at MTV, Red Bull and WPP’s Landor, he built brands across Europe and Asia Pacific. He now works on how organisations decide what to commit to in fragmented markets.
Company description
Metanoia+ builds commercial decision infrastructure. Its platform constructs a computational representation of a market, reasons over it against a specific organisation’s products, capabilities and constraints, and returns ranked commercial decisions with the supporting evidence, confidence, ex*****on logic and known blind spots attached.
