Around 100 seniors from PCS Cedar Tree Jalan Bukit Merah came together for a meaningful morning at the Silver Joy x Pan Pacific Leasing event held at 105A Jalan Bukit Merah Pavilion. Organised by Radin Mas Community Club, we were honoured to have Adviser Mr Melvin Yong join us as Guest-of-Honour, affirming the importance of building a caring and inclusive community where seniors can age actively and meaningfully.

The event was made possible through the collective efforts of many dedicated partners and volunteers. Students and teachers from Gan Eng Seng Primary School brought energy and laughter through interactive games, and volunteers from St John Singapore ensured wheelchair-bound seniors could participate comfortably and safely throughout the programme. We also thank Stroke Services Improvement (SSI) for sharing valuable insights and practical guidance for stroke survivors and their caregivers. From engaging health talks and lively games to a hearty lunch and thoughtfully prepared goody bags, the day was filled with smiles, friendship and meaningful interactions across generations.

A heartfelt thank you to Radin Mas Community Club for making this event possible. Together, we created a programme that also gave cherished memories and moments of connection for our seniors.

We welcome individuals, community groups and corporate partners to volunteer, co-curate meaningful activities or sponsor programmes that enrich the lives of seniors in our community. Join us in creating more opportunities for connection, purpose and joy:https://pcs.org.sg/volunteer-centre/

Hosted by the Board Chairman and Exco Members, a recent informal gathering was organised to catch up and strengthen our long-standing partnerships with Gladiolus Place, Friends Of The Third Age 松年之友, Grace Orchard School, and Providence Care Centre.

This session is all about fostering meaningful relational and strategic dialogue. It’s a space for us to stay connected, share key updates, discuss recent sector developments, and explore new opportunities for deeper collaboration.

Cultivating this light-touch engagement helps us build mutual understanding and shared stewardship within the PCS governance framework. Cheers to the journey ahead!

Our seniors from PCS Cedar Tree AAC Strathmore 61 and PCS Cedar Tree Jalan Bukit Merah recently took part in the Senior National Games Adaptive Sports at OCBC Arena under the North Zone, showcasing their resilience, teamwork, and active spirit. 💪🌟

We’re delighted to share their fantastic achievements:
🥉 Jalan Bukit Merah — 3rd Place in Disc Golf
🥉 Strathmore — 3rd Place in Ladder Toss

These accomplishments reflect not just skill but the dedication and enthusiasm of our seniors who continue to inspire us every day.

The excitement continues as we look forward to seeing both Strathmore and Jalan Bukit Merah compete in the National Finals on 4 August.
Join us in celebrating their success and wishing them all the best for the finals!

A milestone for Singapore’s social sector! 🤝
Presbyterian Community Social Services (PCS) is honoured to have co-organised the first-ever "Leaders Who Care" Conference alongside Care Community Services Society and IBM.

Representing our SG Cares Volunteer Centres @ Bukit Merah and Clementi, it was inspiring to see 41 corporate leaders and 76 social sector leaders unite to tackle complex challenges and discuss sustainable leadership. A huge thank you to our Guest of Honour, Speaker of Parliament Mr. Seah Kian Peng and all our distinguished speakers for their invaluable insights.
Let's keep building a Singapore that cares! 💚

We are grateful for the opportunity to have our CEO, Dr Andrew Lim, represent Presbyterian Community Social Services (PCS) on a panel discussing how we can collectively catalyse community resilience.

The session reinforced the importance of collective action, strong partnerships, and community-centred approaches in supporting vulnerable children and youth across Asia. Thank you to CapitaLand Hope Foundation (CHF) for bringing regional practitioners together to drive these meaningful, outcome-driven collaborations forward. We look forward to continuing meaningful collaborations that create lasting impact.
