Singapore After-Care Association

Singapore After-Care Association Founded in 1956, the Singapore After-Care Association (SACA) was formed to assist offenders, ex-offenders and their families to get back on their feet.

We are committed to the cause of second chances, rebuilding lives and protecting the family unit. Here at SACA, we strongly believe in second chances and recognise that upon release from prison, ex-offenders will face certain problems such as finding work and a place to stay. In addition, ex-offender's families may face several challenging issues like emotion and financial difficulties. Through th

e provision of welfare services, educational assistance and professional rehabilitation services; and together with the support of the local community and agencies, we strive to provide our clients a fresh lease of life and help them get back on their own two feet. SACA's Vision:

As an exemplary organization in the after care sector, SACA is committed to:
(a) Empowering ex-offenders to take ownership of their own transformation and facilitating their reintegration into society by mobilizing them, their families and the public. (b) Fostering a change in the mind-set of both ex-offenders and society to enable ex-offenders achieve their fundamental life goals and needs.
