เมื่อวันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2569 นางชลธี จันทร์รัชชกูล อัครราชทูตฯ เป็นผู้แทนสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ เข้าร่วมพิธีปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร Leaders in Governance Programme (LGP) ครั้งที่ 18 ซึ่งจัดโดย Civil Service College ของสิงคโปร์ ระหว่างวันที่ 18-26 สิงหาคม 2569

ในโอกาสนี้ อัครราชทูตฯ ได้ร่วมแสดงความยินดีกับ ดร. เบญจรงค์ สุวรรณคีรี ที่ปรึกษาของรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง นายหทัย ชุณหปราณ ที่ปรึกษาอาวุโส สำนักข่าวกรองแห่งชาติ และ ดร. ปกรณ์ อาภาพันธุ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอวกาศและภูมิสารสนเทศ (องค์การมหาชน) (GISTDA) ที่เข้าร่วมและได้รับประกาศนียบัตรการฝึกอบรมฯ จากนาย Chan Chun Sing รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหม และรัฐมนตรีประสานงานด้านบริการสาธารณะ ซึ่งเป็นโอกาสในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้แนวทางการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐและสร้างเครือข่ายระดับสูงกับผู้แทนหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคการเมืองจากประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนและนอกอาเซียนกว่า 40 ราย

The Royal Thai Embassy congratulates Thai delegates selected for the 18th Leaders in Governance Programme (LGP).

On 26 August 2026, Mrs. Chonlatee Chanrachakul, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission, representing the Royal Thai Embassy, attended the closing ceremony of the 18th Leaders in Governance Programme, organized by the Civil Service College of Singapore from 18 to 26 August 2026.

On this occasion, the Minister extended a warm welcome and congratulations to Dr. Benjarong Suwankiri, Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance; Mr. Hatai Chunhapran, Senior Advisor to the National Intelligence Agency; and Dr. Pakorn Apaphant, Executive Director of the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (Public Organization) (GISTDA), who completed the programme and received their certificates of completion from H.E. Mr. Chan Chun Sing, Minister for Defence and Coordinating Minister for Public Services.

The forum provided a valuable opportunity to exchange best practices in public sector governance and build high-level networks with over 40 representatives from public sector agencies, private enterprises, and political spheres across ASEAN member states and partner countries.

นายอิทธิพร แก้วทิพย์ อัยการสูงสุด และคณะได้เข้าร่วมการประชุม Chief Legal Advisors Forum (CLAF) 2026 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 26–27 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ โรงแรม Shangri-La Singapore ภายใต้หัวข้อหลัก “States and Investment Disputes – What lies ahead” ในโอกาสนี้ นางวรพรรณี ดำรงมณี เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้เป็นเจ้าภาพเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสาระสำคัญของการประชุม CLAF ตลอดจนภารกิจและบทบาทของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด โดยเฉพาะในมิติด้านกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศและการระงับข้อพิพาทระหว่างรัฐกับนักลงทุน รวมทั้งได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและพัฒนาการสำคัญของไทยและสิงคโปร์ ตลอดจนแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานด้านกฎหมายของทั้งสองประเทศให้ใกล้ชิดยิ่งขึ้น

On 25 August 2026, Mr. Ithiporn Kaewtip, Attorney-General of Thailand, and his delegation visited the Thai Ambassador’s Residence in Singapore at the invitation of H.E. Mrs. Waraphannee Damrongmanee, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, for a dinner on the occasion of their visit to Singapore to attend the Chief Legal Advisors Forum (CLAF) 2026, held on 26–27 August 2026 at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore under the theme “States and Investment Disputes – What lies ahead.”

During the dinner, both sides exchanged views on the key issues to be discussed at CLAF, as well as the roles and responsibilities of Thailand’s Office of the Attorney General, particularly in the areas of international law and investor-State dispute settlement. They also discussed key policy developments in Thailand and Singapore and ways to further strengthen cooperation between relevant agencies of the two countries.

เมื่อวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะผู้ศึกษาดูงานและเข้าร่วมประชุม Singapore Convention Week 2026 นำโดย นางประกายรัตน์ ต้นธีรวงศ์ หัวหน้าคณะและประธานมูลนิธิสถาบันศึกษาและพัฒนาการจัดการความขัดแย้งด้วยสันติวิธี พร้อมด้วย นางทองอุไร ลิ้มปิติ ประธานกรรมการ และนายรักษ์ วรกิจโภคาทร ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัทบริหารสินทรัพย์ กรุงเทพพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (BAM) ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะและหารือกับนางวรพรรณี ดำรงมณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ สิงคโปร์ ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ

ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือเกี่ยวกับวัตถุประสงค์ของการเยือนสิงคโปร์ และแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับจุดเด่นของระบบการไกล่เกลี่ยของสิงคโปร์ โดยเฉพาะ Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC) ซึ่งดูแลข้อพิพาทระหว่างผู้ใช้บริการกับสถาบันการเงิน และ Credit Counselling Singapore (CCS) ซึ่งให้คำปรึกษาและช่วยเหลือด้านการบริหารจัดการหนี้ รวมถึงแนวทางที่ไทยสามารถนำแนวปฏิบัติของสิงคโปร์มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนากลไกการไกล่เกลี่ยของไทยให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น

On 25 August 2026, a Thai delegation participating the Singapore Convention Week 2026, led by Mrs. Prakairatana Thontiravong, together with Mrs. Tongurai Limpiti, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM), paid a courtesy call and discuss with H.E. Mrs. Waraphannee Damrongmanee, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, at the Royal Thai Embassy.

The two sides discussed the objectives of the visit and exchanged views on the strengths of Singapore’s mediation system, particularly the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC), which handles disputes between consumers and financial institutions, and Credit Counselling Singapore (CCS), which provides financial counselling and debt management assistance. They also discussed how Thailand could adapt relevant Singapore practices to further strengthen its own mediation mechanisms.

เมื่อวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2569 ผู้แทนสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ สิงคโปร์ ได้เข้าร่วมงานเปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทางการของ Ventures with Impact Living Lab (VWILL) สำนักงานสิงคโปร์ โดย ThinkX Global และ Staytion ณ ศูนย์ Staytion Dhoby Ghaut Lifestyle Centre โดยมีนาง Halimah Yacob อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัย Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) และอดีตประธานาธิบดีสิงคโปร์ เป็นแขกเกียรติยศ

ในโอกาสนี้ นาง Halimah Yacob ได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของแผนธุรกิจของโครงการเพื่อสังคมซึ่งจำเป็นต้องสามารถดำเนินการต่อได้อย่างยั่งยืนหลังจากที่ทุนสนับสนุนสิ้นสุดลง ภายในงานได้มีการจัดแสดงคูหาโครงการเพื่อสังคมภายใต้การดูแลของ VWILL การลงนามข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) และช่วงเสวนาระหว่างผู้ประกอบการโครงการต่าง ๆ ที่มาร่วมแบ่งปันข้อมูลและมุมมองทางวิชาชีพ ทั้งนี้ VWILL กำลังดำเนินการเพื่อเปิดสำนักงานในบรูไนฯ ฉงชิ่ง และกรุงเทพฯ ในอนาคต

On August 21, 2026, representative of the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore attended the official launch of the Ventures with Impact Living Lab (VWILL) Singapore Office, by ThinkX Global and Staytion at the Staytion Dhoby Ghaut Lifestyle Centre. The event was honored by the presence of Madam Halimah Yacob, Chancellor of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and former President of Singapore, as Guest-of-Honour.

During the event, Madam Halimah Yacob emphasized the importance of ensuring the financial sustainability of social enterprise business models beyond the initial funding period. The launch also featured exhibitions showcasing social enterprises under VWILL's incubation, MOU signing, as well as a panel discussion where founders shared their insights and professional perspectives. Looking ahead, VWILL plans to expand its presence by opening future offices in Brunei Darussalam, Chongqing, and Bangkok.

สำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ (สคต.) ณ กรุงสิงคโปร์ จัดกิจกรรมเจรจาจับคู่ธุรกิจ (Business Matching) เพื่อเปิดโอกาสทางการค้าให้แก่กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการสินค้าสิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ (GI) ของไทย เมื่อวันที่ 24 สิงหาคม ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ โดยมีนางวรพรรณี ดำรงมณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ สิงคโปร์ เป็นประธานกล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน พร้อมด้วยนางอรมน ทรัพย์ทวีธรรม อธิบดีกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา กล่าวเปิดงาน

ในโอกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ และอธิบดีกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาได้เน้นย้ำถึงวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกันในการผลักดันสินค้า GI เข้าสู่ตลาดสิงคโปร์ซึ่งนอกจากจะเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการขยายช่องทางการค้าในต่างประเทศแล้ว ยังเป็นการเผยแพร่เรื่องราวและอัตลักษณ์ที่โดดเด่นของพื้นที่แหล่งกำเนิด โดยกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญามุ่งหวังที่จะใช้สินค้า GI เป็นสะพานเชื่อมผู้บริโภคในต่างแดนให้ก้าวไปสู่การท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในชุมชนของไทย ซึ่งจะเป็นการสร้างรายได้และกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจท้องถิ่นได้อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป

กิจกรรมเจรจาจับคู่ธุรกิจดังกล่าว เป็นการต่อยอดความสำเร็จจากการที่กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา กระทรวงพาณิชย์ ได้นำผู้ประกอบการสินค้า GI ไทยบุกตลาดสิงคโปร์ เพื่อเข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้า APAC Food & Beverage Expo 2026 ระหว่างวันที่ 21-24 สิงหาคม 2569 โดยมีสินค้า GI คุณภาพเยี่ยม 6 รายการเข้าร่วมจัดแสดง จำหน่าย และเจรจาธุรกิจ ได้แก่ ข้าวสังข์หยดเมืองพัทลุง ส้มโอทับทิมสยามปากพนัง เกลือภูเขาบ่อเกลือ จังหวัดน่าน ไชโป้วโพธาราม มะพร้าวน้ำหอมบ้านแพ้ว และทุเรียนป่าละอู

On 24 August 2026 the Thai Trade Center in Singapore organized a Business Matching event to create trade opportunities for Thai Geographical Indication (GI) entrepreneurs at the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore.

The event was honored by Mrs. Waraphannee Damrongmanee, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, who delivered the welcome remarks, and Mrs. Auramon Supthaweethum, Director-General of the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), who gave the keynote speech.
On this occasion, both executives highlighted a shared vision: pushing GI products into the Singaporean market is not merely a significant step in expanding international trade channels, but also a platform to showcase the unique stories and identities of their places of origin. The Department of Intellectual Property aims to use GI products as a "bridge" connecting overseas consumers to cultural tourism in Thai communities, which will generate income and sustainably stimulate local economies.

This business matching activity builds upon the success of the Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Commerce, in leading Thai GI entrepreneurs to pe*****te the Singapore market by participating in the APAC Food & Beverage Expo 2026 from August 21–24, 2026. Six premium Thai GI products were showcased, sold, and featured in business negotiations. These products include, Sangyod Muang Phatthalung Rice, Tubtim Siam Pak Phanang Pomelo, Bo Kluea Nan Rock Salt Chaipow Photharam (Sweet Pickled Radish), Ban Phaeo Aromatic Coconut, and Pa La-U Durian.

วงดนตรีจากประเทศไทยเข้าร่วมการแสดงเวที Singapore Night Festival 2026 เป็นครั้งแรก

นางวรพรรณ ดำรงมณี เอกอัครราชทูต ฯ เข้าร่วมงาน Singapore Night Festival 2026 ณ Capitol Singapore Outdoor Plaza เมื่อคืนวันที่ 21 ส.ค. 69 เพื่อให้กำลังใจและสนับสนุนการแสดงของวง The River Caravan กลุ่มนักดนตรีไทย Deep South Messenger ที่ได้ผสานบทเพลงที่ประพันธ์ขึ้นใหม่กับภาพสารคดีที่ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากแม่น้ำปัตตานี ถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวของมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมที่มีร่วมกัน และการเดินทางที่เชื่อมโยงสายสัมพันธ์แห่งการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวัฒนธรรมระหว่างภาคใต้ของไทยกับภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ของโลก

การแสดงดนตรีไทยร่วมสมัยครั้งนี้ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ หรือ Creative Economy Agency (CEA) โดยนักดนตรีเยาวชนกลุ่มนี้ได้มีโอกาสเดินทางไปแสดงในต่างประเทศเป็นครั้งแรก ซึ่งนับเป็นก้าวสำคัญบนเส้นทางการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน โดยหลังจากนี้ เยาวชนเหล่านี้จะนำประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับกลับไปถ่ายทอดและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้แก่เยาวชนในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ผ่านการสอนดนตรี เพื่อส่งต่อโอกาสและขยายผลจากประสบการณ์ครั้งนี้สู่ชุมชนของตนเอง

Thai Young Musicians Take the Stage at Singapore Night Festival, Bringing Southern Thailand’s Stories to the World

On 22 August 2026, H.E. Mrs. Waraphanne Damrongmanee, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, attended the Singapore Night Festival at Capitol Singapore Outdoor Plaza to support the performance of "The River Caravan" by Deep South Messenger. Combining original music and documentary visuals, the performance draws inspiration from the Pattani River to explore migration, shared heritage, and centuries of cultural exchange connecting Southern Thailand with the wider world.

With support from Thailand’s Creative Economy Agency (CEA), these young musicians performed overseas for the first time—an important milestone in their creative journey. They will bring this experience home to Southern Thailand, where they will teach and inspire young people through music, multiplying the impact within their communities.

เมื่อวันที่ 23 สิงหาคม 2569 นางวรพรรณี ดำรงมณี เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ร่วมกับสำนักงานแรงงานในประเทศสิงคโปร์ นำข้าราชการและผู้แทนชุมชนไทยจากกลุ่มอาสาสมัครแรงงานไทยในสิงคโปร์ประมาณ 50 คน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม “ASEAN U.N.I.T.E” หรือ “ASEAN United Clean Up Day” ประจำปี ค.ศ. 2026 จัดโดย Public Hygiene Council ของสิงคโปร์ เพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชุมชนชาวอาเซียนที่อาศัยอยู่ในสิงคโปร์ และเสริมสร้างความตระหนักรู้ให้ผู้คนในชุมชนเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการสาธารณสุขของเมือง โดยเฉพาะการรักษาความสะอาดและการทิ้งขยะอย่างถูกวิธี โดยผู้จัดงานได้เชิญผู้แทนชุมชนและแรงงานจากประเทศอาเซียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ อาทิ การรับประทานอาหารเช้าร่วมกัน (picnic) การละเล่น/กิจกรรมที่ซุ้มเกมต่าง ๆ เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้เรื่องการรักษาความสะอาด การแสดงทางวัฒนธรรม และการเก็บขยะร่วมกัน

ในโอกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้มีโอกาสพบปะกับเอกอัครราชทูตจากบรูไน ดารุสซาลาม กัมพูชา ฟิลิปปินส์ เมียนมา และติมอร์ เลสเตรวมถึงแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองกับสื่อมวลชนท้องถิ่นสิงคโปร์เกี่ยวกับบทบาทของชุมชนไทยในการรักษาความสะอาดของพื้นที่สาธารณะ และได้ร่วมสนทนาอย่างใกล้ชิดกับผู้แทนชุมชนไทยที่มาเข้าร่วมงานด้วย

On Sunday, 23 August 2026, H.E. Mrs. Waraphannee Damrongmanee, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Singapore, together with Office of the Labour Affairs, led around 50 officials and members of the Thai community in Singapore to participate in the “ASEAN U.N.I.T.E. 2026” (ASEAN United Clean-Up Day 2026) activity, organized by the Public Hygiene Council of Singapore.

This event aims to strengthen ties among ASEAN communities living in Singapore and to promote environmental awareness. Activities in the event included community picnic, interactive games to raise awareness of public hygiene, cultural performances, and a community clean-up activity.

On this occasion, the Ambassador shared her views with the local media on the importance of public cleanliness and how the Thai and ASEAN community can contribute to “Keeping Singapore Clean.” She also had the opportunity to meet with other ASEAN ambassadors from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Timor-Leste — who also led their community members to the event.

สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ สิงคโปร์ ร่วมกับสมาคมไทยในสิงคโปร์จัดกิจกรรมเสวนาในหัวข้อ “ส่งเงินกลับไทย... เรื่องที่คนไทยในสิงคโปร์ควรรู้” หรือ “Sending Money Home: What Every Thai in Singapore Must Know”

เมื่อวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2569 นางวรพรรณี ดำรงมณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ สิงคโปร์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการเสวนาด้านกฎหมาย ประจำปี 2569 ในหัวข้อ “ส่งเงินกลับไทย ... เรื่องที่คนไทยในสิงคโปร์ควรรู้” หรือ “Sending Money Home: What Every Thai in Singapore Must Know” ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านกฎหมายท้องถิ่นให้แก่ชุมชนไทยที่พำนักอยู่ในสิงคโปร์จากหลากหลายสาขาอาชีพ อาทิ เจ้าของธุรกิจ/ร้านค้า/ร้านอาหาร แรงงาน แม่บ้าน นักศึกษา และกลุ่มคนไทยที่ทำงานในภาคธุรกิจต่าง ๆ ในสิงคโปร์ ซึ่งในปีนี้ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้เชิญวิทยากรจากบริษัทชั้นนำด้านกฎหมาย จำนวน 4 คนได้แก่ นาย Saravut Krailadsiri พาร์ตเนอร์ด้านกฎหมายและภาษีจากบริษัท Tilleke & Gibbins Thailand, นาย Mark Kuratana พาร์ตเนอร์ด้านกฎหมายจากบริษัท Deloitte Thailand, Ms. Lee Joanne Li Ling พาร์ตเนอร์ด้านกฎหมายจากบริษัท Deloitte Singapore และ นาย It-Kan Kongsuwan ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายภาษีจากบริษัท Deloitte Thailand มาบรรยายให้ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมงาน จำนวนกว่า 100 คน

สาระของการเสวนาครั้งนี้ครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ (1) การโอนเงินจากสิงคโปร์กลับประเทศไทย ต้องเสียภาษีหรือไม่และมีหลักเกณฑ์อะไรที่จำเป็นต้องปฏิบัติตาม (2) ข้อควรรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบด้านภาษีและการตรวจสอบข้อมูลของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง การแยกแยะระหว่างข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องกับข้อมูลที่คลาดเคลื่อนหรือบิดเบือน และ (3) ช่วงถาม-ตอบ ซึ่งเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้ซักถามและขอคำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้โดยตรง

หลังจบการบรรยาย ผู้เข้าร่วมงานมีโอกาสได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างเครือข่าย (Networking) ซึ่งเปิดพื้นที่ให้ชาวไทยที่ทำงานหรือศึกษาในหลากหลายสาขาได้ทำความรู้จัก สร้างความคุ้นเคย แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือซึ่งกันและกัน ซึ่งเป็นการส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งและความสามัคคีของชุมชนไทยในสิงคโปร์ต่อไป

The Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore, in collaboration with the Thai Association in Singapore, hosted a seminar on "Sending Money Home: What Every Thai in Singapore Must Know"

On 21 August 2026, H.E. Mrs. Waraphannee Damrongmanee, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Singapore, presided over the opening ceremony of the Annual Legal Seminar 2026 titled “Sending Money Home: What Every Thai in Singapore Must Know” at the Royal Thai Embassy. The seminar aimed to promote legal literacy and understanding of local regulations among the Thai community. The event drew over 100 Thai residents from diverse backgrounds, including business owners, workers, housewives, students, corporate professionals, and spouses. This year, the Embassy welcomed four legal and tax experts as guest speakers to share crucial insights on wire transfers, taxation, and related fees. The four panelists were (1) Mr. Saravut Krailadsiri, Partner and Head of Tax Practice, Tilleke & Gibbins Thailand (2) Mr. Mark Kuratana, Tax Partner, Global Employer Services, Deloitte Thailand (3) Ms. Lee Joanne Li Ling, Tax Partner, Global Employer Services, Deloitte Singapore (4) Mr. It-Kan Kongsuwan, Tax Director, Global Employer Services, Deloitte Thailand, along with Ms. Monrawee Ampolpittayanant, Director, Head of Public Policy, Asia and the Pacific, Tencent, as moderator.

The key takeaways from the Seminar comprised of 3 points: (1) Taxation & Compliance Rules: Clarifying whether transferring funds from Singapore to Thailand is subject to tax and outlining mandatory regulatory compliance procedures. (2) Tax Regulations & Fact-Checking: Essential facts regarding regulatory oversight, official data verification, and distinguishing accurate legal information from misleading or false claims. (3) Interactive Q&A: A direct consultation segment providing participants the opportunity to ask questions and receive expert advice.

Following the seminar, a networking reception was held to allow participants from Thai community across various fields to connect, exchange views and experiences, and strengthen their professional and social ties, as well as to further enhance Thai community solidarity.
