United For Our Future " is project carried out by Centre for European Perspective in coordination with Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Republic of Slovenia) with the main goal of promoting European Year for Developmen 2015. EYD 2015 tackles europe's role in the world. 2015 is also the year in which the Millennium development Goals that the world agreed to reach in 2000 and in which the international
community will agree on the future global framework for poverty eradication and sustainable development. And sustainable development is the key. With trees we don't only ensure enough oxygen, but also additional food supply (from tree fruits), long-term access to natural resources and protection and improvement of our environment. Did you know that 1 tree produces approximately 118 kg of oxygen per year? Did you know that 8 trees produce enough oxygen for yearly consumption of 1 human? Plant a tree and help us breathe.
