Thrilled to share our latest scientific milestone! Our research paper is now part of the Reviewed Proceedings from the International Scientific Conference held in Nitra on November 23rd, 2023. Collaborating with colleagues from FEM, we explored the fascinating world of craft breweries in Slovakia at the 'Craft Beer Revolution' conference. Our work, a result of data collection for a project with Mr. Vojtech Tĺčik, founder of Biofarma Charolais, Agropenzión Adam, and now the Eliáš Microbrewery, sheds light on unique perspectives.
