THE FINAL COURT VERDICT ON THE TRENDING NYADEHUN MAMBABU TOWN FIVE (5) GENERAL ELECTRICITY SUPPLY POWER GEN SOLAR PANELS THAT WAS STOLEN BY ONE MORAY MOIJUEH AND TWO (2) OTHERS, HAS BEEN PASSED TODAY BY MAGISTRATE MOMOH LANSANA IN KAILAHUN TOWN.

Today, Moray Moijueh, Amara Kamara, and Kellie who ganged up and stole five (5) of the Nyadehun Mambabu Town general electricity supply "Power Gen" solar panels in Luawa Chiefdom, Kailahun District, today did this second appearance before Magistrate at the Kailahun Magistrate Court.

During their first appearance before Magistrate , these three (3) accused persons pleaded guilty of the crime, and the case was adjourned to today 2nd September, 2026.

And finally today in this their second appearance, Magistrate by law sentenced these three (3) accused persons to jail with sentence condition explained below 👇👇.

The first and second accused persons who are Moray Moijueh and Kellie were each sentenced to six (6) years in prison or pay a total sum of ten thousand new Leone 🇸🇱 (NLe 10,000), while Amara Kamara the third accused person was sentenced to three (3) years in prison or pay a total sum of five thousand new Leone 🇸🇱 (5,000).

Together: a more just society, "bravo" to Magistrate and his team for making sure that the needful was done in time and as expected 👏.
