On May 20th, the SPLM Youth League Chairperson held a meeting with the SPLM Youth League county chairpersons. The SPLM Youth League office for the area directed the county chairpersons to foster peace and unity among party members and to reorganize the party at the Payam and Boma levels in anticipation of the general election scheduled for December. Consequently, the Chairperson reiterated his dedication to collaborating closely with the county chairpersons to advance the party's objectives.

On Tuesday, May 19, the newly appointed executive members of the Ruweng SPLM Youth League were sworn in by the chairperson, Cde. Riang Minyiel Tut. The new executive body comprises the deputy chairperson, the Secretary for Information and Culture, the Secretary for Student Affairs, and the Deputy Secretary for Finance.

The newly appointed executive members have reiterated their dedication to serving the party.

The SPLM Youth League Ruweng Administrative Area extends warm greetings and revolutionary wishes to all the people of South Sudan on the occasion of the 43rd Anniversary of the founding of the SPLA/SPLM.
As we commemorate this historic day, we honor the sacrifices, courage, and determination of our heroes and heroines who dedicated their lives to the liberation struggle for justice, freedom, equality, and dignity for the people of South Sudan.
This anniversary reminds us of the values and vision upon which the SPLA/SPLM was founded unity, peace, patriotism, democracy, and national development. We call upon the youth of Ruweng Administrative Area and the entire nation to continue promoting peace, reconciliation, and hard work for a brighter future.
May the spirit of 16th May inspire all South Sudanese to stand together in safeguarding the hard-earned independence and strengthening national unity.

On behalf of SPLM Youth League of Ruweng Administrative Area and on my own behalf, I would like to condemn the barbaric attack carried out on the Innocent people of Abiemnom and Awarpiny Counties by the armed elements of SPLM OI, White Army and youth from Mayom County, Unity State.
This attack has claimed the life of our Secretary for Counties Affairs Cde. Joseph Bith Bol we condemn this heinous act of crimes with strongest term possible.
We also called upon the government of South Sudan to investigate the planners of this massacre and bring them to justice.
We stand in solidarity with the families who have lost their beloved ones and we pray you find comfort in the glory of the living God.

CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE
On behalf of the SPLM Youth League -RAA and on my own behalf, we would like to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt congratulations and thanks H.E Cde. Stephano Wieu de Mialek, the chief Administrator and chairperson of the SPLM in Ruweng Administrative Area for taking a bold decision in appointing our dear Cde. Kerjok Dau Kerjok as the commissioner of Wunkur county, we welcome the decision and we are appreciative to the leadership of the SPLM for the trust bestowed upon him.
Cde. Kerjok Dau Kerjok is a such young energetic leader who served with us in the SPLM Youth League as deputy secretary for political affairs and mobilization until his recent appointment and he can work under any condition without fear or favor.
