Response to defamatory statement against Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok.

I am writing to response to defamatory statement issued by so called Phon Koang Bol, a political orphan with no clear basis.

Regarding the claim that Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok doesn't prioritize others interest is totally mischief and unfounded, Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok paid full dowries of Phon's second wife and have been supporting him including the job he is holding was only secured through Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok 's tireless support.

His educational background is in question, if try to compare how he speak and his documents, you will realise the gaps of him not been attending classes from primary level. Phon Koang Bol is illiterate who claimed to be a holder of Master Degree, if I may ask, do people obtain certificates of high degrees without attending even a one day lecture? The illiteracy fooled him to an extent of graduating with four different degrees both Master and Bachelors in just one year, he forged certificates including the diploma he claimed to have obtained in Kenya.

Phon is a person who have strong connection with fake life and brokery, but a say goes like, feed a dog in three days, the dog will remember you in three years and feed a human for three years they forget you in just three days, the above quote described Phon Koang Bol without a doubt.

Phon Koang Bol left with no choice since Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok was relieved from his position knowing that it was Hon. Dak who always feed him, supporting his family and give him everything not knowing that Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok has capacity to feed him even when he is not holding any Government position, but being connected to brokery and food is a disaster. He joined Ezekiel Lol just for a mission to destroy that team and when Ezekiel is relieve from his current position Phon Koang will proceed elsewhere, because he has nothing to contribute, he went to look for interest and if not secure it his usual work of creating internal conspiracy and brokery will immediately commence.

Phon Koang Bol ran from Juba in the year 2016, because he and his family was almost killed by Hon. Ezekiel Lol and Gen. Tut Jock, It was Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok and Hon. Amb. David Buom Choat who rescued him and his family beacuse he was already been involved to many serious problems with Gen. Tut Jock Hoth which almost cause his life and the ones of his family.

It is therefore unfortunate that such support is now being repaid with baseless accusations. Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok’s most committed supporters left him because of Phon Koang, because it was Phon exactly who disconnected those supporters from Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok.

Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok’s ability to support and uplift others is not dependent on holding public office. His commitment to community welfare remains steadfast regardless of position and that is what a person like Phon Koang Bol does not know.

RESPONSE TO S9 CALLED ANDRES GATLUAK WECHKUOTH WHO IS EMPLOYED BY EZEKIEL TO TARNISH REPUTATION SPLM SENIOR LEADERS.

I am not responding to personal attacked because it reduce and bored the audience. For those who knows Maj. Gen. Bol Ruach Rom, you will dismiss all those personal attacks as lack of capacity in public debates.

The like of Andres Gatluak went personal which has nothing to do with my response.

I am writing to address the today's personal attack against the esteemed Hon. Gen. Ustaz Bol Ruach Rom, former Governor of the defunct Maiwut State by so-called Andres Gatluak Wechkuoth who is recruited by Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth to to tarnish reputations of respectful Senior SPLM leaders.

Do you know that Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth was the Office Manager (Chief of Staff) in 2015/2016 of Dr. Riek Machar Teny.

Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth and former Minister Mayiik Ayii Deng, the then Minister of Presidential Affairs coordinated the meeting between President Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic and Dr. Riek Machar Teny, First Vice President that resulted into dogfight that killed his bodyguard, Late Gach Ngut Tang in J1.

Gach Nguot was wearing blue trouser and white T. Shirt, he was killed while guarding and driving him. When the body of Gach was pictured in funeral home and taken to Ezekiel Lol in room 215 in Crown Hotel so that he organised his burial, Ezekiel confirmed the body, he was mistakenly damned with civilian because he was on civilian clothes but he declined to go and picked the body for burial until the body decomposed without burial while other relatives were picked up and buried by their people. Late Gach Ngut Tang has never been buried by this heartless Ezekiel Lol.

Whenever, he is asked by the family, he always lies to them that he buried the body which is a lie.

Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth's leadership has been marred by division, exploitation, and the suffering of innocent civilians. His attempt to tarnish the character of Gen. Bol through the so-called Andres Gatluak Wechkuoth is a direct reflection of his destructive leadership style.

Let me remind you once more of Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth's own background, which is riddled with of theft and violence. His family’s history, particularly on sucking blood of innocent civilians has been their agenda for longtime, dear readers let me also remind you of an forgotten incident which was also caused by his uncles from the village called Lol Deng that resulted to killing of SPLA soldiers under CDR William Nyuon Bany in Loldeng, a well known village Ezekiel Lol was named after.

As for the claim regarding that Gen. Bol’s father doesn't share food with his brothers, a very shallow claim, this is "white lie" On the contrary, it is well known that Ezekiel Lol and his wife have taken extreme measures to prevent others from sharing with them anything including refusing people to stay with them in the house, they decided to lock their gate with a fingerprint scanner, this act alone speaks volumes about their unwillingness to extend generosity to others.

The so called Andres Gatluak Wechkuoth, is an agent of International Human Rights. He was previously expelled from Ethiopia after it was discovered that he was engaging in espionage activities against their government. This raises significant questions about his motives and allegiance. His collaboration with Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth is not based on shared values or principles, but rather on a mutual agenda of gathering intelligence and spying on the government of South Sudan, it was exactly why Ezekiel Lol is in contacts with Head of states of other countries in and outside Africa, They are working together to relay sensitive information to both the CIA and International Human Rights.

Our government must be vigilant to monitor the activities of both Andres Gatluak Wechkuoth and Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth. Their involvement in such espionage, operating under the guise of human rights work, poses a serious threat to our national security and indeed to our sovereignty.

Part Two: Hon. Minister of Public Service and Human Resource Development is a betrayal, liar, incompetent, deceitful and a con man in nature.

This article highlights a background check and political journey of Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth. I left out the question of loyalty and commitment to one of the victim of this political masquerading to exhaust it in lengthy, although I will mentioned a bid of his desperate journey into Oval offices in brief.

I picked this point from his addressed remark when he took oath of office before His Excellency Comrade Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of Sudan during which mentioned that he came to Itang Refugee Camp in 1984 and joint red army as a soldier, this is deceitful statement that an honest entrusted public servant with bible on his hand cannot just to pronounce in front of the Head of State with much media coverage.

Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth came to Itang after his father, Gatkuoth Bangoang Janyjor, Uncle Chuol Bangoang Janyjor and his Aunt were butchered and killed by Anyua in one of the villages of Makuey Woreda early 1980's. By then, Chie Duop Koach, subsection of Chienyejani camped in Ngele where a dire incident happened. During a fierce civilians confrontation, Chie Duop Koach subsections were overwhelmed, this led to the demise of his father, Uncle and Aunt.

After Ezekiel Lol lost all his immediate family members, his elder brother, David Ruey Gatkuoth brought him to Itang in search for a better life and opportunities, food was available, one of the advantage.

Upon arrival, they settled at Bethe Town, for those familiar with Itang settlement plan, Bethe Town is an Ethiopian settlement area, where mostly Anyua, Habesha and Ethiopian Nuer resided.

Soon after settlement, Ezekiel joined Bethe Prebyterian Church of Ethiopian as a Choirs, that is where he met some of his colleagues, who are currently reading this piece.

That was the time when SPLM/A took over administration and security control of the camp. They were registered as Refugees and given ration cards by ARRA, Gabriel Koak Tot is here to correct this part for any insufficient explaination.

In Itang, we were all Refugees looking for better education, I left for Longkuei in 1989 in search of better learning space, along with a brother of mine, after we were granted pass - permits, nowadays travel document from CI department.

Firstly, Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth had never sat foot in training camps where most of his age-mates were busy doing military training to fight the government of the North Sudan.

Yes, I was younger to him, not even Jiech Amer when I entered Itang. Neither Ezekiel nor his elder brother, David Ruey Gatkuoth joint military training under the active leadership of Col. Dr. John Garang De Mabior.

Instead, Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth and his elder brother were among the Ethiopians South Sudanese, who were agitating the establishment of SPLM/A because they were supporting senior Students, who were supporting the defeated faction of Samuel G*i Tut, Kuot Atem and others after the early split because his elder brother was part of the resisting white army forces against the SPLM/A.

The relationship between the SPLM/A was cordially built by and through the then Governor of Illibabbur Region, Ato Thowath Pal Chai.

We did not stayed long in Longkuei; On January 5th, 1990, we were dislodged by a joint forces of EPDRF and the government of Sudan. We treckked for nearly two months on our way back to Itang. The over all commander was Late Gen. William Nyuon Bany Machar, who paraded and commanded all SPLA troops in Blue Nile below the rank of Major to treck to Upper Nile Region in one of the evening of January 6th, 1990 at Assosa.

Late Captain Isahai Tut Dhuokyier was given commands to lead the troops including Uduk civilians.

Back in Itang, I was enrolled to Junior School, Grade 7th, second Semester with the help of Late Gatwech Gatluak, who was our Chairman in Assosa. This is where I became to know a student called, Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth. We finished grade eight together until May 1991 where our study was disrupted during the fall of Fascist Derge Regime.

After the fall of Itang in May 1991, we all walked back to our villages in South Sudan. Ezekiel and his brother meltdown in Makuey Woreda until second episode in 1992.

Secondly, the question of loyality and commitments to the government of President Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit:

As I said earlier, that someone; a victim of this political disparaging will write on this full article. Here Ezekiel Lol was a SPDF that joined SPLM/A in a merger in 2002 in Nairobi. Ten years later, Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth and his cohorts orchestrated a coup d' tat against the sitting President of the Republic of South Sudan that led into 2013 crisis.

Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth and his cohorts were jailed, convicted and charges with treasons and crime against the State in accordance with South Sudan Laws. This implies that once you are charged on treasons and crime against the State, you are automatically bare from running a public office for life.

Thirdly, Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol had never served as Ambassador of South Sudan to United States of America (USA), a news he always brags about. He was stationed as a Principal Liaison Officer.

He was recalled when the U.S Government lost trust of him keeping secrets, he lacks confidential nature of keeping secrets, U.S did not trust him handling secrets informations.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation recalled him after his appointment as an Ambassador in the Ministry. He cannot serve as Ambassador in USA while he is a citizen of the United States of America. He has never served as South Sudan Ambassador to USA. He was just a representative of SPLM after Amb. Steven Wondu.

Fourth; Loyality and Commitments:

Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth initiated, orchestrated and masterminded the 2013 crises. After he was recalled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth went into honeymoon with Dr. Riek Machar Teny, the then Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan. He started to move between political leaders planning a military takeover that led to their arrest as early mentioned, where is loyality and commitment here? The rest will be handled by another Comrade.

Fifth: Corruption and Embezzlement of Public fund:

This issue is serrious financial crime against the State, though pending investigation. This crime against the economy started when Hon. Ezekiel Lol was the Minister of Petroleum, he introduced pre sale oil crude. This process did not have transparency at all since Hon. Ezekiel was the custodian of South Sudan crude oil Ministry; where, he goes and meet international buyers and collect money on behalf of the government before sale. I was told by a confidence that he does not take with him any other officials in the Ministry of Petroleum, aparts from his bags and luggages to collect oil money as if it was a one man business, pathetic!

Through a Presidential decree after his removal, a committee was formed to kick started investigation but later throwned under the bed. The man was under house of arrest but slowly, reappeared and find his way back to normal life as if nothing happened.

This issue must be investigated because it amount to corruption of highest order.

Accountability and transparency must be the engine of change. South Sudanese make jokes nowadays that Hon. Minister disappeared with 2 oil cargoes in middle of the sea and shout louder that economic is booming. It's in fact his stomach that is booming, not the economy.

Hon. Ambassador Ezekiel Lol had depleted the economy of the Republic of South Sudan that led to economic meltdown the cointry is facing today.

But to be honest, the Republic of South Sudan is blessed with a generous and forgiveful President, he would have been hang long time ago in other Countries.

The worse part of this is that Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth is using stolen oil money to built mansions in USA, Nairobi and Gambella. Instead to eat quit, he jumpstarted to hire orphans, whose father is in Central Prison to assasinate characters of his political opponent, a move we bow to protect.

Good example is the so called current Press Secretary, who had participated in mobilisation of SPLM/A - IO and White army, that i called, March - Match that killed Major Gen. David Majure Dak, Officers, Men and Women in Uniform and United Nation Staff in Nasir as his communications entails. A man who was busy insulting SPLM on March 17th is now being pay highly to tarnish images of SPLM political Leaders with impunity. This entails, Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth is facilitating merchanry in the system despite to commemorate the killing of whole division in Nasir garison, he is feeling no shame at all.

The solebpurpose of hiring this orphan is simply to blackmails and assassinate characters of political leaders, mainly, eastern Jikany Nuer SPLM Leaders so that him and his in law, remained Kingpins in four eastern Jikany Counties.

Six: Bringing Rebels into the government;

Where does Ezekiel get this rhetoric of braging to be a force behind brings former rebels into government? and where is he getting financial funds from? Of course, the stolen cash is being used to bribes and buy loyalty of former rebels, he went far begging for them military hard wires for his future plan.

This is a security file that does not need external actors, I should not duel much on it.

In Maiwut County, the population and military alliances came through Provisional Military and Political Council, an Interim leadership that was tasked by the government of South Sudan to do the job. Maiwut PMPC came under leadership of Maj. Gen. James Ochan Puot Buop and Hon. Gen. Gatluak Riek Jack among others, where does Hon. Minister got powers and resources and under what tittle had he done this great assignment?
Self proclaimation is a mental infirmity.

The specialized Institution for that task knew inner details, not for public consumption.

PMPC and the whole population declared directly from Maiwut switched allegiance to Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit and his government, it's therefore, a government achievement, not individual.

Last but not least, Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol in the premises of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, he once said and I quoted, "The Ministry of Public Service and Human Resource Development will give pensions to all, even President Salva Kiir Mayardit will come to me to get his Pension dues.", unquote

Does this Minister know the core function of his assignment? All political leaders in the Country do not have pensions with the Ministry of Public Service and Human Resouce Development, its purely a civil servant pension institution.

Political leaders get their stipends and other allowances in the national government Secretariat.

The problem of my friend lives on assumptions and pretends to know instead, to learn how and execute policies necessary to promote Public Service and empowered Human Resources.

Response to Allegations Made by Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth Regarding Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok's Return to SPLM in 2012.

1- Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok Dak is a seasoned and politically mature leader who has long been an influential figure in South Sudan's political landscape. His return to the SPLM was not the result of any manipulation or external influence by Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth, Hon. Dak Duop’s decision was based on his own political vision, principles, and understanding of the evolving political environment. He is a political scientist in his own right, with a deep understanding of governance and the complexities of South Sudan’s politics.

2- The claim made by Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth that Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok voted for the unity of Sudan during the referendum in 2011 is completely false. This accusation is nothing but a "white lie." Hon. Dak Duop voted for South Sudan’s independent in Renk County, in the presence of Hon. Deng Akuei Kak, the current Deputy Governor, who was then the Commissioner of Renk County. This fact is a matter of public record and should not be distorted,
this demonstrated his selfless commitment to serve the people of South Sudan.

3- Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok influenced and sent majority of Gajaak community members from Renk to Longechuk and Maiwut Counties for them to vote for freedom of this great nation, self-determination.

4- Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok served the people of South Sudan in numerous capacities,
as Governor of Upper Nile state and as National Minister of Labour from 2010-2011. He is well known figure to every South Sudanese and President knows his capacity.

4- Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok and his team in 2012 made a wide range consultation on his decision to join SPLM, he met prominent SPLM leaders the like of Dr. Riek Machar the then Deputy Chairman, Cde Pagan Amum, the then Secretary General, Cde Rebecca Nyandeng De Mabior and Cde Dr. Majak Agoot where he discussed numerous issues of National and partisan important, and the reception was organised to welcome Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok in the SPLM which was attended by Senior Leaders of SPLM including Dr. Riek Machar, Cde Pagan Amum, Cde Rebecca Nyandeng De Mabior and Dr. Majak De'Agoot, but Ezekiel Lol who claimed to have been the one who brought Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok to SPLM was there as ordinary personal attending the event.

5- Let the country watch over Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth because he is currently working underground to cause another trouble in the country.

6- Ezekiel Lol’s claim of possessing an army within the SSPDF command is without merit because we have only one Cammander in Chief of Army (SSPDF) which is H.E Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit, there is no evidence to support his claims of having a personal military force. If so this could be a tactic to advance his personal or hidden agendas against the government of President Salva Kiir Mayardit and it is important for the public to remain cautious of such rhetoric.

7- From Ezekiel Lol's family background, they are well known for bloodshed and violence activities, they caused conflict between Anyuak of Ngele and Cie Nyejaani 30s years ago, they also caused the conflict between Cie-Nyejaani and Cie-Waw for nearly 20s years ago, his family backgrpund is known for being cursed by Kun Thoal (senior spiritual leader in Jikany land) for the case of stolen cows from spiritual father Kun Thoal, they were asked to return the cows to the owner, but they refused, and that was the beginining of the curse, Ezekiel's uncle who stole the cows were bite by the snake and immediately died, and in the following years his two uncles and father were also killed in Ngele after they stole cattles from Anyuak, the results shocked the family and cie nyejaani as whole and the blames were directed to the one who refused to return the cows to well known spiritual father Kun Thoal, the theft activities began from his forefathers.

8- Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth canceled the crude oil marketing committee and he negotiated directly with the companies that buy the crude oil and got a lots of kicks back from the companies because he has offered them big discount which has never happened before. He knows how to used crude oil Pre-sell to loot the money for his personal gain. The crude oil and people’s blood run in his body like Blue Nile River. He was removed from his position because he was prime minister of corruption in the country and immediately an investigation committee was constituted by the president as a results of pre-sell of crude oil. The investigation was dropped simply because of the peace process in order for peace to prevail.

9- Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok is highly respected and widely popular in Upper Nile State, South Sudan, and in his homeland. His leadership is rooted in the values of integrity, service, and commitment to peace and progress, and he remain pillar of support for his community.

10- The claims that Ezekiel Lol used his Resources to serve Gajaak Community, it is white lie, Ezekiel has been feeding himself and his wife, because they are living in their house alone, the claim that he is feeding Gajaak Community is baseless, Gajaak Knows who is kindhearted when it's comes to giving to needy population.

In conclusion, any claims or accusations made by Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth should be disregarded in the strongest terms possible. These statements are rooted in personal grievances and are not reflective of the truth. Hon. Dak Duop Bichiok’s leadership stands on a solid foundation of service to the people, and his reputation remains unshaken by such baseless allegations.

Therefore, Gajaak Youth and leaders in and outside South Sudan are calling for revocation of appointment of Ezkiel Lol Gatkuoth from his position as Minister of Public Service and Human Resource Development, because he does not serve the best interest of Gajaak Community.

I urge everyone to focus on the progress and unity of South Sudan, rather than engaging in divisive rhetoric aimed at undermining dedicated leaders.

The issue why we are petitioning your Excellency is a concern that has disturbed our community for several weeks now, Since the reappointment of Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth into the government as the Minister of Public Service and Human Resources Development, greater Maiwut Communities (Maiwut and Longechuk) have never been peaceful.

Your Excellency,

As you are aware of the behaviour of Ezekiel Gatkuoth with power in his hand, he has been reckless and intimidating community members with the powers you have just shifted to him as a national Minister.

Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol has been bullying and intimidating supporters of former Ministers to the extend of threatening some with jail cases.

Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol had used the power and immunity granted to him by the constitution to victimised your supporters and he fakes claims that Senior SPLM Candres are joining Rebellion, a dangerous move that need thorough investigation, The good example is the accusation he has level against Hon. Chuol Dep Kier, Advisor of Upper Nile State Governor on Economic Affairs and former Speaker of UNS TLA that he crossed to SPLM/A - IO, a move which is not only a lies but a provocation division of SPLM Senior Leaders in Longechuk County.

As you are aware that Amb. Ezekiel Lol mismanaged 2 Oil Cargoes in the middle of the sea and that money went without accountability, it is this money that this Minister is using to buy loyality and recruits members of others political parties to come and elbow out your diehard supporters, who have endured the pains of 2013 and 2016 crises with you.

Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol was the right hand man of former Vice President, Dr. Benjamin Bol Mel, that if they had succeeded in ousting you, Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol was promised to be given the Ministry of Petroleum.

You know very how Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol trades with information of the system. Recently, a US delegations that came to Addis Ababa to meet regional Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Ezekiel Lol pull ropes to be part of the delegation, however, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperations stood their ground to depend their national mandate.

Your Excellency,

As you aware that Hon. Amb. Ezekiel left the job you appointed him with, he started his hundred days by cybercumbing Oil Institutions like Nile Pet and the Ministry of Petroleum, intimidating technical teams to succumb to his directives leaving your office in dilemma. He went and lobbied these official to cut PIT directly under his possession instead of instutional procedures.

As you aware of the fact that in any national Ministry, the Spokeperson is always the Undersecretary, Senior Civil Servant. However, Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth has recruited a Press Secretary, Andres Gatluak Maker, a three months returnees from FDP, whose mission is to come and destabilise the Institution and the Party. A position of a Press Secretary is only in the Office of the President, Vice Presidents according to structures of RTGONU, where does this Minister got this structure from? Is it not sabotage of the system?

We, the people of Maiwut and Longechuk Counties demands his immediate relief from his position as the Minister of Public Service and Human Resources Development.
