Dear readers, It is with anguish that we are availing the history of a man who revolt against the State of South Sudan.

The page reminding you here, is aware of the current move by Bol Ruac Rom to vacate Juba and form mutiny against the government.

Back in 2015, Bol Ruac, propagated against fitness of the President of the Republic, insulting his wisdom and calling for his impeachment.

It is with heaviness that the dude is now strategizing to vacate Juba for Upper Nile Region and to organize rebellion against the government.

This move came after Bol noticed that Dak Duop Bichiok was removed and with the help of Dak, he has now decided to join Chuol Dep Kier who joined SPLM-IO.

Dear NSS,
I am now reminding to investigate this and never hesitate to apprehend him before he goes out to continue his campaign against the President.

I am also reminding you that Bol must answer the Law of South Sudan when he assassinated the character of the President as such is punishable by Law.

H.E. GOVERNOR JACOB DOLLAR RUOT VISITS BALIET COUNTY TO CONDOLE AFFECTED COMMUNITIES

Baliet county, Upper Nile State —( Mon , Feb 9th 2026 )

His Excellency. Jacob Dollar Ruot, the Governor of Upper Nile State, on Monday paid an official visit to Baliet County, following the tragic attack carried out by SPLA-IO militia forces two days ago.

The Governor’s visit was aimed at expressing condolences and solidarity with the families and communities who lost their loved ones during the violent incident.

H.E. Jacob Dollar Ruot conveyed his deep sympathy to the bereaved families and reassured the people of Baliet County of the state government’s commitment to peace, protection of civilians, and justice.

Speaking during the visit, the Governor strongly condemned the attack, describing it as an unacceptable act of violence against innocent civilians. He called for calm among the population and urged communities to reject revenge and work together for peace and coexistence.

H.E. the Governor was accompanied by the Deputy Governor, Hon. Deng Akuei Kak, along with state ministers and senior government officials. The delegation met with local authorities, community leaders, and affected families to assess the situation on the ground and discuss immediate humanitarian and security needs.

The Government of Upper Nile State reaffirmed its determination to collaborate with security organs and partners to restore stability in Baliet County and ensure the safety of its citizens.

Intercommunal violence, land related conflicts, cattle raiding and insecurity in Malakal town have become things of the past since the appointment of H.E Jacob Dollar Ruot as the Governor of Upper Nile State. Cde Jacob Dollar Ruot, the chairperson of the Sudan People Liberation Movement(SPLM) in the State has today met with the SPLM Secretary General Cde.Dr Akol Paul Koordit at the SPLM Plaza in juba . The chairperson was escorted by Cde. Gabriel Tut Gatchai, Secretary General of SPLM in Upper Nile State.

The meeting focused on strengthening party coordination, consolidating peace and unity within the SPLM structures, and advancing development priorities for Upper Nile State. Discussions also emphasized effective collaboration between the national and state leadership to support stability and service delivery to the people.

Cde Jacob Dollar Ruot reaffirmed his commitment to the vision and principles of the SPLM and pledged continued cooperation with the national leadership to promote peace, unity, and progress in Upper Nile State.
