If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed. If you can’t do the little things right, you’ll never be able to do the big things right. The first lesson of leadership is that you must lead by example, no matter how small or mundane the task may seem. Leadership is about understanding that every action, no matter how seemingly insignificant, contributes to the larger mission. You must demonstrate discipline, work ethic, and commitment at all times. Good leaders motivate others through their actions and set the tone for success.
