Today, the University of Eswatini Library hosted the Matsapha Police Academy for a benchmarking exercise aimed at sharing best practices and strengthening the provision of academic library services.

This collaboration is not only a step toward building capacity in specialized institutions like the Police Academy but also a commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
✅ SDG 4 – Quality Education: Promoting inclusive and equitable access to information and learning resources.
✅ SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals: Encouraging collaboration between institutions to share knowledge and resources.

By working together, our libraries are laying the foundation for the future of academic libraries in Eswatini – libraries that are innovative, resourceful, and responsive to the needs of the digital age.

Together, we are reimagining the role of libraries in advancing research, lifelong learning, and national development.

The University of Eswatini Libraries is delighted to announce the receipt of a generous book donation from Professor Simanga Kumalo of the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN).

This invaluable contribution was made possible through the kind facilitation of the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at UNESWA.

The UNESWA community is deeply grateful for this gesture, which will strengthen our library collections, enrich academic resources, and support both teaching and learning. 🙏

Beyond the donation itself, this collaboration between UNESWA and UKZN reflects a shared commitment to advancing Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education). By enhancing access to knowledge, both institutions reaffirm their dedication to promoting inclusive, equitable, and lifelong learning opportunities.
