Mission accomplished! The Eswatini Cooperative Development College (ECODEC) is proud to announce the successful completion of a 2-day intensive Board Orientation Training for seven of the Manzini Region’s most dedicated Multipurpose Cooperatives.

After two days of deep diving into issues on governance, financial oversight, and strategic leadership, the Board Members of Giya Ndvodza, Hochap, Golden Touch, Imbewu yasePhondo, Lundzi Youth, Sukuma Ndvodza, and Philisanani MPCs are officially equipped to take their cooperatives to the next level.

At ECODEC, we don't just hand out certificates; we ignite a passion for excellence. These leaders leave our campus today not just as Board members, but as visionaries ready to protect and grow their members' interests.

It has been an honour for the Eswatini Cooperative Development College (ECODEC) to host the Eswatini Multipurpose Cooperative Union (ESWAMCU) during the 3-day intensive Strategic Plan Development Workshop (March 25–27, 2026).

As a key figure in the cooperative movement, ECODEC is committed to providing the space and expertise necessary for our national unions to flourish. Over the last three days, we have witnessed ESWAMCU leadership, management, and stakeholders collaborate to define a visionary roadmap for their future.

The journey to a stronger future begins today! We are proud to announce that the Eswatini Multipurpose Cooperative Union (ESWAMCU) Strategic Plan Development Workshop is officially underway, hosted by the Eswatini Cooperative Development College (ECODEC).

From March 25th to the 27th, ESWAMCU leadership, management, and key stakeholders are gathered at this center of learning to craft the roadmap for our organization's future. By aligning our goals with expert insights and stakeholder needs, we are ensuring a sustainable future for all our members.

Today, we break that silence by convening a high-level strategic dialogue with the leadership of ESWAMCU, ESNYCA, ESASCCO, NCFE, and ECODEC to map out the future of our institutional framework.
This meeting isn't merely a formal courtesy; it is a rigorous exercise in structural alignment and visionary planning where we are dissecting our current capacities and seeking out the critical intersections where our collective strengths can be forged into a singular, unstoppable force for national development.
By integrating the cooperative resilience of ESWAMCU and ESACCO with the youthful innovation of ESNYCA and the economic wisdom of NCFE and ECODEC, we are ensuring our institution is built to withstand the complexities of a changing landscape.
